Abstract
【課題】筆文字と写真を組み合わせて、従来なかった市場を開拓することができる、新鮮味のある芸術分野の商品となる写真を提供する。【解決手段】筆文字の形状を有する写真であって、単一又は複数の写真が前記筆文字の輪郭の内側に掲示されていることを特徴とする。具体的には、個々の消費者から、希望の筆文字１と写真を受け、前記写真の所望の部分を前記筆文字の輪郭内に配置する手法によって作成される。配置する写真ａ〜ｅは1枚でもよいし、複数の写真を消費者の希望に合わせて組み合わせたものであってもよい。作成の手法としては、コンピュータソフトを使用してもよいし、紙とアナログ写真を用いて、鋏やカッターで加工を行うことも可能である。【選択図】図３
Description
本考案は、筆文字の形状を有する写真に関する。
書道と写真は、それぞれ独立した芸術分野であって、両者を組み合わせて同じ枠内に掲示する場合においても、図１のように、写真の中に筆文字を配置するか、又は、文字と写真を並列的に掲示するのが一般的である。
例えば、近年、写真付きの命名書が増えているが、この場合でも、祖父母等が筆書きした名前の横や下に写真を付したものがほとんどである。また、子供の成長などを友人に知らせる葉書なども、写真の中に文字を置くことはあるが、文字の中に写真を配置したものはない。
上述したように、筆文字と写真は組み合わせて使用されることが多いが、完成されたもの同士の組み合わせがほとんどである。これらの形態は目新しさに欠けるうえ、誰でも簡単に作成できるので、ギフト等商品として市場性に乏しい。
上記の事情に鑑み、本考案においては、筆文字と写真を組み合わせて、従来なかった市場を開拓することができる、新鮮味のある芸術分野の商品を提供することを課題とする。
上記課題を解決するために、本考案に係る写真は、筆文字の形状を有する写真であって、単一又は複数の写真が前記筆文字の輪郭の内側に掲示されていることを特徴とする。
具体的には、個々の消費者から、希望の筆文字と写真を受け、前記写真の所望の部分を前記筆文字の輪郭内に配置する手法によって作成されることを特徴とする。
本考案により、想像範囲内の商品を超え、書でもあり、写真でもあるという、新しい芸術分野の商品を提供することが可能となる。
個々の消費者の希望に沿って本考案に係る商品を製作・販売することにより、新しい市場を開拓することができる。
本実施形態の写真は、筆文字の輪郭内のスペースに写真を掲示するものであり、図２及び図３に作成例が示されている。それぞれ、（Ａ）が写真のテーマとなる筆文字、（Ｂ）が写真を配置した完成品の例である。
筆文字（Ａ）は、作成を依頼する消費者の家族のイメージ、子供の名前や、葉書等により表現したい内容を表す文字であり、該文字は、写真の内容に沿う文字を消費者から受け取るか、又は店頭に置いた見本等から消費者が選んだものとなる。配置する写真は1枚でもよいし、複数の写真を消費者の希望に合わせて組み合わせたものであってもよい。例えば、図３は、家族のイメージとして表現したい文字「彩」を元文字１とし、文字内に５枚の写真ａ〜ｅを配置したものである。
本実施形態では、コンピュータのソフトを用いて作成する実施例を紹介する。手順としては、まず、第１のレイヤーに（Ａ）の文字を配置し、透明化する。次に、第２のレイヤーにデジタル写真を置き、上に第１のレイヤーを重ねて（Ｂ）の状態とする。最後に、この状態で第２のレイヤーのデジタル写真を移動させ、所望の写真部分が文字内に見える位置に配置する。これらの作成過程は、依頼人の目の前で行ってもよいし、操作手順を依頼人に教え、依頼人自らが行えるようにしてもよい。
仕上がった作品は、そのまま葉書に転写してもよいし、プリント後、好みの枠にセットして消費者に渡してもよい。図４は、枠とともに販売する商品としての最終形態の例示である。
以上、本考案に係る「筆文字の形状を有する写真」の１実施例について上記実施形態に記載したが、本考案は、本考案の原理の範囲内で、本願の実用新案登録請求の範囲で使用されている言葉を広く一般的な意味にまで広げて実施することが可能である。例えば、作成の手段としてコンピュータを使用せず、紙とアナログ写真を用いて、鋏やカッターで加工を行うことも可能であり、これら本実施形態と異なる手法による実施も本考案の技術的範囲に属するものである。
