【課題】米と水を同時にリモートコントロール・スマート一体化電気炊飯器に送り込み、迅速かつ効率的な米と水の搬送・洗米装置を提供する。【解決手段】新規な米と水の搬送・洗米装置において、重量センサ３で米箱１の米の量を量ることによって洗米装置４に送り込む米の量を制御し、給水配管６から注入する高圧水で予め洗米装置４に送り込まれた米を洗浄してかつリモートコントロール・スマート一体化電気炊飯器に送り込む。【選択図】図１

Description

本考案は米と水の搬送・洗米装置に関し、特に、リモートコントロール・スマート一体化電気炊飯器に米と水を加える搬送・洗米装置に関する。
中国特許第CN2740097Y号公報に記載された撹拌洗米構造は、米を細かくしてしまう可能性があり、更に固着という現象が起きる可能性がある。
中国特許第CN201984312U号公報の発明には信頼性の高い洗米装置が開示されていない。
本考案はリモートコントロール・スマート一体化電気炊飯器の一部として、米を洗ってかつ米と水を同時にリモートコントロール・スマート一体化電気炊飯器に送り込むという課題を解決し、摩耗、損失せず、迅速かつ効率的である。
本考案は米を洗ってかつ米と水を同時にリモートコントロール・スマート一体化電気炊飯器に送り込むという課題を解決しようとする。米は米箱からバルブを通過して洗米装置に入り、米の量が重量センサの米箱における米の量を測定する装置によって制御され、給水配管から注入する高圧水を利用し、米と水を同時にリモートコントロール・スマート一体化電気炊飯器に送り込む。
本装置は効率的に米と水を同時にリモートコントロール・スマート一体化電気炊飯器に送り込み、摩耗、損失せず、迅速かつ効率的である。
図１は本考案の組立図である。
図１に示すように、バルブ2は洗米装置4、米箱１とネジによって接続し、洗米装置4の両端それぞれには給水配管６と出水配管7が接続され、重量センサ３がホルダ５に固定される。ワンチップマイクロコンピュータにより重量センサ３が制御され、米が米箱１によってバルブ2を通過して洗米装置4に入り、給水配管６から注入される高圧水を利用し、出水配管7から米と水を同時にリモートコントロール・スマート一体化電気炊飯器に送り込む。

  1. 重量センサにより米箱における米の量を測定する装置によって送り込んだ米の量を制御し、給水配管から注入される高圧水により予め洗米装置に送り込まれた米を洗浄してかつリモートコントロール・スマート一体化電気炊飯器に送り込まれることを特徴とする新規な米と水の搬送・洗米装置。
