2. Description of the Related Art A single roof tile such as an asbestos slate tile is laid along a slope of a roof on a house roof. When repairing this type of roof, metal shingles with excellent durability have been used. Since the metal shingle can be mounted on the slate tile without removing the slate tile, the house can be used even during the roofing work, and the work itself is facilitated. In roofing using a metal roofing sheet, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a metal roofing sheet is attached to a slate tile. The existing slate roof tiles 1b, 1c, 1d,... Are arranged in a row in the horizontal direction, and upper slate roof tiles 1c, 1d, 1e,.
Are arranged along the inclined surface of the base plate 2 so that the lower side portions of the base plates 2 overlap. The lowermost slate roof tile 1a
Is disposed under the second slate roof tile 1b in a state where it protrudes slightly from the front end of the base plate 2.

When the roof is replaced, various underlaying materials (not shown) such as sheets, boards, felts, etc. are used to prevent water leakage, sound insulation, heat insulation, etc. of the slate roof tiles 1b, 1c,. Laying on top. In particular, in the case of roofing using metal shingles, countermeasures against corrosion by intrusion rainwater, heat of shingles heated by direct sunlight, and the reverberation of water droplets hitting the shingles are transmitted to the house. You.
For this reason, usually, after the underlaying material is laid on the slate roof tiles 1b, 1c,..., The metal roof plates 3a, 3b,. Although underlaying materials are effective for preventing water leakage, soundproofing, heat insulation, etc., they make roofing work difficult. For example, if a waterproof sheet is spread over the entire surface of the slate roof tiles 1b, 1c,..., The individual slate roof tiles 1b, 1c. When the metal roof plates 3a, 3b,... Are superimposed on the slate roof tiles 1b, 1c,.

[0005] The misalignment of the positional relationship along the direction of the inclined surface causes irregular changes in the cascade shape formed by a plurality of metal roofing plates. If there is a misalignment in the horizontal direction, the seam of the adjacent metal shingle will be different for each step, and the arrangement of the shingle that requires a straight seam along the slope of the roof will be disturbed. Occurs. Actually, the displacement in the inclined surface direction and the displacement in the horizontal direction are combined, and the appearance of the roof shape after construction is deteriorated. As a means of avoiding the irregular arrangement of the roof shingles, a method is adopted in which the surface of the roof shingles is divided into a plurality of sections, and underlaying materials are laid for each section, and then the work of attaching metal shingles is repeated. Is done. In order to obtain an orderly arrangement of shingles by this method, a part having a large surface cannot be defined as a unit section. As a result, the laying of the underlaying material and the installation of the shingle are repeated for each of a large number of sections, and the working efficiency is reduced. The present invention has been devised to solve such a problem, and by lining a roofing material on the back surface of a metal shingle,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a metal roofing plate that can be easily attached in an arrangement state that matches an existing roof tile such as a slate tile without having to lay a sheet on a base surface.

The metal shingle of the present invention comprises:
In order to achieve the object, a metal roofing plate directly attached to an existing unit roof tile or a field board, the lower side of the inclined surface is bent downward, and a spring-engaged engaging concave portion, and the upper side of the inclined surface A folded portion bent in the opposite direction, a locking projection standing upright at a position below the folded portion,
A flat portion that is located between the folded portion and the locking projection and serves as a nailing point parallel to the surface of the existing unit roof tile or the base plate, and an underlaying material lined on the back surface, The engaging recess of the side metal roofing plate is fitted to the locking portion of the eave metal fitting, and the locking projection of the lower metal roofing plate is fitted to the engaging concave portion of the upper metal roofing plate, whereby the inclination of the roof is reduced. It is characterized by being arranged in multiple stages along the surface. As the underlaying material, felt, foam board, and laminated sheet appropriately coated with water repellency are used alone or in combination.

EXAMPLE The metal shingle used in this example has corrosion resistance,
It is made of painted steel plate, plated steel plate, stainless steel plate, painted stainless steel plate, etc. with excellent durability. In the following embodiment, a case in which a metal shingle is laid on an aged slate tile will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to this case, and other unit roof tiles such as unglazed tile and ceramic tile can be used. The same applies to the laying of metal shingles on top, or directly on a slab or a slab. As shown in FIG. 2A, the metal shingle 10 is provided with an engagement recess 11 at the lower end when attached to the inclined surface of the roof, and has a bent portion protruding inward. 12 is formed in the middle of the engagement concave portion 11, and the tip is a bent portion 13. The upper end portion is a folded portion 14, and a locking projection 16 stands up from the folded portion 14 with a flat portion 15 therebetween. The folded portion 14 functions as a drainer, and is also used to indicate a nailing position when driving the nail 18 into the base plate 2 (FIG. 3) via the flat portion 15.

As described above, the metal roofing sheet of the present invention is provided with an underlaying material having a function of waterproofing, dew condensation prevention, soundproofing, heat insulation, etc., on the back surface thereof. And can be attached directly to the ground board. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the condition that the existing unit roof tiles and the piers attached to the ground board etc. can not be visually recognized by the roofing sheet etc. covering the roof surface over a large area, and it is possible to arrange the metal roof slabs in an accurate positional relationship Become. The roof constructed in this way has a good finish and good appearance because the metal shingles are regularly arranged in both the horizontal direction and the inclined surface direction.
