Abstract
【課題】人の手を借りずにどこでも簡単に一人でストレッチを行えるストレッチボールを提供する。【解決手段】ウレタンを使用した球形状のものが二つ繋がっているストレッチボールで、直径５ｃｍの円球が二つ、高さ６ｃｍのサイズと、直径６ｃｍの円球が二つ、高さ７ｃｍのサイズの二種類を作成する事で各人の体格に合わせて使用する。【選択図】図２
Description
本発明は、人の手を借りずにどこでも簡単に一人でストレッチを行えるものである。
素材がウレタンであり、サイズも小さく持ち運びが可能な利点がある。
また、ストレッチを行う肢位も限定されず、個人の体型・体重などに対応し形状の変化が可能であり、各人の体型に合わせて使用することが可能である。ボール形状であるため、少しの移動にてストレッチする部位の変更も可能である。

日常生活の中で、ストレス・運動不足により生じる肩こり、腰痛などの改善を目的とし、継続して使用することで姿勢改善を自己管理のもとで行えるようにする。
写真付きの冊子に本発明品を使用した実際のストレッチ動作を掲載、日常生活で活用できる場面を想定し案として記載する。また、腰痛・肩こりなどの疼痛増悪が考えられる場合など禁止事項の明記も行う。
ボール形状であるために、少しの移動でストレッチが可能である。また、身体との接地面が絞られるため、限定した筋肉に対してのストレッチが可能となる。
