Description
The present invention relates to an analyzer such as a water quality analyzer used for measuring pollutant components contained in sewage / river water, factory effluent, etc., and relates to an analyzer equipped with a display device.
An example of such an analyzer is a water quality analyzer. In addition to the TOC meter that measures only the total organic carbon (TOC) contained in the sample, the water quality analyzer includes a TOC / TN meter that can measure both TOC and nitrogen compounds (total nitrogen: TN) (see Patent Document 1). ), A total nitrogen (TN) / total phosphorus (TP) meter for analyzing both nitrogen compounds and phosphorus compounds (see Patent Document 2), a water quality analyzer capable of measuring TN, TP and organic pollutants (patent) Reference 3).
Such a water quality analyzer has a function of automatically performing maintenance such as calibration because the measurement is often continued continuously over a long period of time. It is automatically executed by setting the maintenance time and cycle.
In the method of setting the maintenance time and cycle, it is difficult for a person who operates the analyzer to know when the maintenance operation is executed.
In view of this, the present invention is intended to display the contents of maintenance in the analysis section and the date and time of maintenance in an easily understandable manner in a water quality analyzer or other analyzer.
The analyzer of the present invention includes a sample introduction unit and an analysis unit including at least a detection unit for detecting a component in the sample introduced from the sample introduction unit, a schedule data memory for holding maintenance schedule data in the analysis unit, An apparatus control unit is provided for controlling the analysis unit so that the maintenance operation in the analysis unit is automatically executed according to the schedule held in the schedule data memory.
In the present invention, in order to display the contents of maintenance and the date and time of maintenance in an easy-to-understand manner, the schedule data memory holds a schedule indicating the contents of maintenance and the date and time of maintenance in the analysis unit as data, and sets the schedule. And be updated. In order to display a schedule, the analyzer of the present invention includes a liquid crystal display device with a touch panel and a liquid crystal controller for controlling screen display on the liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal controller includes a calendar schedule screen for displaying the schedule held in the schedule data memory together with the content of maintenance at least for each date as a screen to be displayed on the liquid crystal display device, and a schedule setting screen for setting the content of maintenance. Is created to control screen display on the liquid crystal display device. The analyzer according to the present invention further includes a touch panel controller that recognizes a position where the touch panel is touched by a person, and a schedule control unit that sets a schedule in a schedule data memory based on a signal from the touch panel controller.
The present invention is not limited to a TOC meter, TOC / TN meter, TN / TP meter, TN, TP, and water quality analyzer that can measure organic pollutants, and displays that display measurement conditions and measurement results regardless of the component being measured. Any analyzer equipped with the device is the subject of the present invention.
In the present invention, the schedule data memory holds a schedule indicating the contents of maintenance and the date and time when the maintenance is performed, and the maintenance schedule held in the schedule data memory is displayed on the liquid crystal display device as a calendar schedule screen together with the contents of maintenance at least for each date. Since it is displayed, it becomes easy to understand the contents of maintenance and the date and time of maintenance.
In addition, the liquid crystal display device has a touch panel, and the schedule is set and updated by setting the maintenance contents from the schedule setting screen of the liquid crystal display device and holding it in the schedule data memory. Thus, the degree of freedom of the maintenance schedule is higher than that in which the maintenance time and period are set.
As a preferred embodiment, a calendar schedule screen is provided so that the maintenance function can be executed at a fixed time on a fixed day of the week or can be set to be automatically executed at an arbitrary date and time. A schedule for each day of the week and a button for setting at least one type of schedule for each day on the touch panel, and the schedule control unit includes contents of the schedule input for the type of day designated by the buttons on the touch panel; The time can be held in the schedule data memory.
The maintenance function executed at a fixed day of the week sets the content of maintenance and the execution time in the setting of the day of the week. The maintenance function executed on an arbitrary day sets the content of maintenance and the execution time in the setting of each day. The set maintenance content and execution time are stored in the schedule data memory and displayed on the calendar schedule screen.
Further, in order to make the contents of maintenance displayed on the calendar schedule screen easier to understand, the calendar schedule screen can display the contents of maintenance set in the schedule data memory with marks.
In order to facilitate the transition from the calendar schedule screen to the setting screen, the calendar schedule screen includes a button for calling the input assist function for setting a schedule that spans multiple days. It can have a function of setting at least a daily schedule.
An example of the analysis unit is an analysis unit constituting a water quality analyzer that repeatedly introduces and measures sample water to be measured at different times. Such water quality analyzers include an analyzer that measures at least total organic carbon concentration, an analyzer that measures at least total nitrogen concentration, an analyzer that measures at least total phosphorus concentration, and an analyzer that measures at least ultraviolet absorbance. including. These analyzers include those that measure two or more components with a single device.

Next, the measurement operation will be described with reference to FIG.

FIG. 9 is a schematic configuration diagram of a TN / TP meter according to another embodiment of the analyzer of the present invention.
The
The
The

In each distribution port of the 8-
The 8-
The
The
In this TN / TP meter, during the measurement of total nitrogen, all nitrogen compounds such as nitrate ion, nitrite ion, ammonium ion or organic nitrogen present in the sample water are alkaline peroxo which is an oxidizing agent as a reagent in the sample water. Potassium disulfate solution is added and converted to nitrate ions in the
In this TN / TP meter, when measuring all phosphorus, all phosphorus compounds are changed to phosphate ions. Therefore, in order to change hydrolyzable phosphorus and organic phosphorus other than phosphate ions present in the sample water into phosphate ions, a potassium peroxodisulfate solution as an oxidizing agent is added as a reagent in a neutral state, and the
In this TN / TP meter, the organic pollutant concentration in the sample water can also be measured. At the time of measuring organic pollutants, the sample water is guided to the measurement cell 206a of the
