2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a hot air heater of this type, high-temperature exhaust gas generated by combustion of a combustion burner in a combustion chamber flows into the exhaust chamber from the combustion chamber, and further from the exhaust chamber to a heat exchanger. After flowing in, it was discharged outside through the exhaust port through the exhaust collecting chamber. In addition, the high temperature exhaust gas generated in the combustion chamber, such as the combustion chamber, the exhaust chamber, the heat exchanger, the exhaust collective chamber, etc., passes through the joint 102 around the two parts as shown in FIG. It consisted of crimping, that is, bending one side once and sandwiching the other.

However, in this conventional device, when heated or cooled immediately after the start of operation or immediately after the stop of operation, the crimped portions are displaced due to the expansion and contraction of the metal and generate a clicking sound. There is a problem that gives a discomfort to the person or is mistaken for an abnormality or failure. In addition, the corner portions of the corners have a problem that when they are crimped, wrinkles are generated and the caulking tends to be insufficient, and the exhaust gas leaks therefrom and mixes with the warm air blown into the room.

Next, the joints 5, 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The crimping combinations 1, 19 and 25 will be described. 2 and 3 are an enlarged view of a main part of a corner portion of the exhaust chamber 8 in the embodiment of the present invention and a sectional view thereof. Incidentally, the cross section of FIG.
In the figure, the upper part 10 is built into the combustion chamber 1 with the lower side facing down.
is there. First, a crimped portion around one upper portion 10 of the exhaust chamber 8 is formed in an L-shaped cross section, and a crimped portion around the other bottom portion 9 is also an L-shaped cross section, and the length of the rising portion is reduced. It is formed longer than the crimped portion of the upper part 10.

At this time, the upper portion 10 is moved from the tip of the bottom portion 9 which is swaged so as to cover the swaged portion of the upper portion 10.
The distance to the press-formed portion of the present invention is larger in X of the present invention than in the conventional single bending x. That is, in the crimped state, the radius of the curve of the corner portion of the other crimped portion that is crimped so as to cover one is larger in the radius R of the present invention than in the conventional single-bend r.

Accordingly, the corner portion is compressed by press forming for forming the central portion into a box shape, and further compressed to bring about wrinkles due to crimping with other parts. The other caulking portion to be covered has a larger radius of the curved portion at the corner portion than the conventional single bending, and is stretched to be stretched as compared with the conventional single bending, so that wrinkles are less likely to occur.

Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described. Now, if the combustion burner 2 is burned and the convection fan is driven, the high-temperature exhaust gas generated by the combustion is exhausted outside through the exhaust gas passage. In other words, the exhaust gas rises in the combustion chamber 1 and proceeds into the exhaust chamber 8 while the rising speed is suppressed by the upper rise suppressing means 7, and the exhaust gas detours by the baffle plate 14 in the communication port 13 which is the entrance, and In the plate 21, the exhaust gas is divided into a plurality of parts and flows into each heat exchanger 16 from above and behind.

On the other hand, the exhaust gas which has flowed into each heat exchanger 16 is dispersed and flows through a plurality of meandering paths formed by the concave portions 20, and the exhaust gas after heat exchange collides with the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust port 27 to the outside through the exhaust collecting chamber 22 provided with the rectifying plate 26 for rectifying the air.
Good hot air heating can be performed.

At this time, each component expands due to high temperature exhaust gas generated by combustion. However, in the caulked portion having an L-shaped cross section, if one caulked portion is to be expanded, the other caulked portion must be expanded by the same amount. The amount of expansion on one side is regulated,
After all, in the swaged portion, both have the same expansion amount.

Conversely, when the combustion is stopped and each part is cooled by the outside air or the like, each part which has been expanded by the heat of the exhaust gas is contracted in the opposite direction. Then, when one caulking portion tries to shrink, if the other caulking portion does not shrink the same amount, the amount of shrinkage of one of the caulking portions is regulated, and eventually both of the caulking portions have the same shrinkage amount.

[0021] Thereby, in the expansion or contraction during heating or cooling, there is no shift in the expansion or contraction of the crimped portion, so that it is possible to prevent the generation of a "pip" sound when the shift occurs. is there. Particularly, in the heat exchanger 16 in which a large temperature difference occurs due to heat exchange, the effect is remarkable, and most of the generation of the “pip-pitch” sound is achieved by crimping the joint 19 of the heat exchanger 16 into an L-shaped cross section. It can be prevented.

As compared with the previous embodiment, higher precision is required at the time of press working. However, the crimped portions further restrict the expansion and contraction of each other to further prevent the occurrence of displacement due to expansion and contraction, and furthermore, to reduce the corners of the corners. The radius of the curve of the portion becomes large, so that it is possible to further prevent the generation of wrinkles at the corner portion of the caulking portion on the covering side.

As described above, according to the hot air heater of claim 1,
Accordingly, the combustion chamber 1 having the combustion burner 2 and communicating with the exhaust chamber 8, the heat exchanger 16 for flowing the exhaust gas from the exhaust chamber 8, and the exhaust port 27 for collecting the exhaust gas after heat exchange are collected.
An exhaust gas flow path by the exhaust collecting chamber 22 leading to
In the case of exchanging the indoor air from the convection fan with heat and discharging it as warm air, a joining part of all or a part of the parts constituting the exhaust gas flow path is crimped and the joining part is caulked.
Make sure that the joints restrict the expansion and contraction of each other
Bend at least one time and crimp
One of the caulking bent at least once by the other
Since it is a caulked assembly so as to cover, the caulked part of the connection part regulates the expansion and contraction of each other, so that there is no shift due to expansion and contraction at the time of heating or cooling at the start or stop of operation, `` This makes it possible to prevent the generation of a "squeaking" sound. Further, in the corner portion which is likely to be wrinkled due to being compressed by press molding or crimping, the radius of the tip portion of the other crimping portion on the side covering one becomes large, so that it is stretched so as to be pulled by the increase. For this reason, wrinkles are less likely to occur, and leakage of exhaust gas from the wrinkle portions can be prevented. Another contract
According to the warm air heater of claim 2, the exhaust gas flow path is formed.
Bend one of the crimped parts twice, and
Angles are formed in two places to make the cross section a crank shape, and the other
The squeezed part is swaged to cover it.
As a result, the swaged parts further regulate each other's expansion and contraction
Further prevents the occurrence of misalignment due to
The radius of the curve of the part increases, and the crimping part on the side to cover
Can prevent wrinkles from occurring at the corners of
is there. Further, according to the warm air heater according to claim 3 having the above configuration,
If the joint of the heat exchanger, one caulked part twice
Bending, that is, forming two corners and making the cross section a crank shape
Caulking so that the other caulking part covers it
This allows the crimped parts to stretch each other more
Regulations to further prevent the occurrence of misalignment due to expansion and contraction.
The radius of the curve at the corner of the corner increases,
Prevents the formation of wrinkles at the corners of crimped parts
Can do
