また、本実施の形態に係る吸引孔部18は、上記軸方向先端部22及び径方向先端部24に上記吸引孔17が開設された細長直方体状の吸引孔部本体25と、平面略長方形状であって、上記吸引孔部本体25の幅方向両端部26に設けられた上記係止面部21を有する臓器係止部20を備え、上記張り出し部19は上記吸引孔部本体25の長さ方向の略全域に設けられていると共に、上記吸引孔部本体25の幅方向両側面部27は、上記張り出し部19よりも幅方向内方に設けられている場合を例に説明したが、上記構成に限定されず、上記吸引孔17が設けられた部位において上記本体管部11の外方へ延出する張り出し部19を有する臓器係止部20を有するように構成されていればよい。
