Description

The present invention relates to a sweat-absorbing sheet that is applied mainly to armor used in kendo, and more particularly to a sweat-absorbing sheet that can be applied to the armor in a replaceable manner.

The armor worn on the head by kendo (hereinafter referred to as “face protection”) is basically a face metal that protects the front of the head, a face cushion that protects the side of the head, and an abutment that protects the throat. The face is composed of an inner ring that contacts the peripheral edge of the face and fixes the face metal and the face cushion. A face futon is a thick fiber product in which a fiber assembly such as felt is wrapped with cotton cloth and sewn. Kendo athletes sweat a lot because they wear such masks on their heads and move violently inside gymnasiums and the like. And this sweat was mainly absorbed by the face futon and the inner ring, and as a result, the face protector became odorous. Schools and dojos often share face protectors, and it is said that this smell is one of the factors that hinders the development of kendo because students and other practitioners hate this smell.

For this reason, it has been proposed to attach a sweat-absorbing sheet to the face cloth or inner ring (Patent Document 1). Specifically, it has been proposed that a male or female material of a hook-and-loop fastener is sewn on the face cloth or inner ring, and a female or male material of the hook-and-loop fastener is sewn on and attached to the sweat absorbing sheet. However, this means has a problem that it is troublesome because a hook-and-loop fastener must be sewn on the face-clothes and the inner ring. In addition, the sweat-absorbing sheet used in Patent Document 1 is a gauze or non-woven fabric that has been generally used in the past, and cannot prevent sweat from being absorbed and absorbed into the face cloth or inner ring due to a large amount of perspiration. The odor problem could not be solved.

0017)JP 2006-180898 A (Claims and paragraph 0017)

An object of the present invention is to provide a sweat-absorbing sheet for armor that can be easily applied without any work on the face armor, and that prevents sweat from easily transferring to the face-cloth and inner ring.

That is, the present invention mainly comprises, from the skin side, a woven fabric 1 composed of hydrophobic fibers, a heat-sensitive adhesive 2 imparted in a dotted or linear form, and hydrophilic fibers subjected to antibacterial processing. A sweat absorbent sheet for armor, which is formed by laminating and integrating a non-woven fabric 3, a heat-sensitive adhesive 4 formed entirely or partially, a non-porous synthetic resin film 5, and a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 7. It is. A spunbond nonwoven fabric 6 may be inserted and integrated between the non-porous synthetic resin film 5 and the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 7.

The woven fabric 1 is composed of hydrophobic fibers. As the hydrophobic fiber, polyester fiber, polyolefin fiber, or the like can be adopted. Then, the woven fabric 1 is formed by weaving the hydrophobic fiber yarn with an appropriate woven structure. The woven structure is preferably the simplest plain weave structure. The hydrophobic fibers are preferably dyed black. This is because the face futon is black, so that it is synchronized with the face duvet to reduce the sense of incongruity. The reason why the hydrophobic fiber is used is that the woven fabric 1 is in contact with the skin of the face, and sweating from the skin is favorably transferred and absorbed by the hydrophilic fiber of the nonwoven fabric 3 existing inside the hydrophobic fiber. It is.

The heat-sensitive adhesive 2 is applied in the form of dots or lines, and is used to firmly bond the woven fabric 1 and the nonwoven fabric 3. The reason why the voids are provided in the form of dots or lines is that the sweat from the skin is favorably transferred and absorbed by the hydrophilic fibers in the nonwoven fabric 3. The linear form includes a lattice form. This is because if the heat-sensitive adhesive 2 is provided on the entire surface, the sweat is less likely to migrate to and absorb the nonwoven fabric 3 and the sweat will stay on the face, making it difficult to compete. As the heat-sensitive adhesive 2, conventionally known adhesives are used, and acrylic or polyamide-based adhesives that are particularly difficult to absorb sweat are used.

The nonwoven fabric 3 is mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers. The reason why the hydrophilic fiber is used is that it easily absorbs sweat. As the hydrophilic fiber, rayon fiber or cotton fiber is used. As a method of obtaining the nonwoven fabric 3 using hydrophilic fibers, any conventionally known method can be adopted. For example, the nonwoven fabric 3 is obtained by opening and accumulating fibers mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers and entanglement between the fibers by a hydroentanglement method (so-called spunlace method). Moreover, it is preferable to mix a heat-adhesive conjugate fiber in addition to the hydrophilic fiber. After the hydroentanglement, the thermoadhesive conjugate fiber is melted and solidified, and the fibers are bonded to each other, so that the morphological stability of the nonwoven fabric 3 is improved by the effects of both the entanglement and bonding between the fibers. is there. Furthermore, as the heat-adhesive conjugate fiber, a sheath-core conjugate fiber whose sheath component is a low-melting polymer and whose core component is a high-melting polymer is used, and only the sheath component is melted and solidified to bond the fibers together. It is also preferable. As a combination of the low melting point polymer and the high melting point polymer, a combination of polyethylene and polyester is most preferable. In addition, a combination of polyethylene and polypropylene or a low-melting copolymer polyester and a high-melting polyester may be used. This is because, when such a heat-adhesive conjugate fiber is used, the core component made of the high melting point polymer maintains the fiber form even after being melted and solidified, and the strength of the nonwoven fabric 3 can be prevented from being lowered. Furthermore, in the nonwoven fabric 3, other conventionally known fibers may be mixed in addition to the hydrophilic fibers and the heat-bondable fibers.

The nonwoven fabric 3 is subjected to antibacterial processing. The antibacterial processing is performed by applying an inorganic antibacterial agent or an organic antibacterial agent to the nonwoven fabric. Specifically, it is provided by immersing the nonwoven fabric in a solution containing an inorganic antibacterial agent or an organic antibacterial agent. Needless to say, the nonwoven fabric 3 may be formed by creating a nonwoven fabric using an inorganic antibacterial agent or an organic antibacterial agent kneaded or adhered to the fiber itself and subjected to antibacterial processing. Due to the antibacterial treatment, even when used for a long time (for example, several days) with the protective sweat-absorbing sheet attached, it is unlikely to generate odor from sweat absorbed by the protective sweat-absorbing sheet. Become.

The heat-sensitive adhesive 4 is applied to the entire surface or a part thereof, and is used to firmly bond the nonwoven fabric 3 and the non-porous synthetic resin film 5. Unlike the heat-sensitive adhesive 2, the heat-sensitive adhesive 4 may be applied to the entire surface. This is because the migration and absorption of sweat stops at the nonwoven fabric 3 and it is not necessary to pass the sweat through the heat-sensitive adhesive 4. Of course, even if the sweat passes through the heat-sensitive adhesive 4, the transfer of the sweat finally stops at the non-porous synthetic resin film 5, so that it is partially dotted or linear (including a lattice shape). The heat sensitive adhesive 4 may be applied in the form of As the heat-sensitive adhesive 4, a conventionally known one is used, but since a sweat may be absorbed, a general ethylene-vinyl acetate-based heat-sensitive adhesive is used.

The synthetic resin film 5 is non-porous. If it is perforated, sweat may pass through the hole and transfer to the armor. As the synthetic resin film 4, a conventionally known film such as a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film is used. By this synthetic resin film 4, sweat is not transferred and absorbed by the armor, and the cause of the odor generated from the armor can be removed. A double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 7 is attached to the synthetic resin film 5. Preferably, the spunbond nonwoven fabric 6 is interposed between the synthetic resin film 5 and the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 7 without directly sticking the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 7 to the synthetic resin film 5. This is because the pressure-sensitive adhesive easily penetrates between the constituent fibers of the spunbond nonwoven fabric 6 and the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 7 is easily adhered when the spunbond nonwoven fabric 6 is interposed. As the spunbond nonwoven fabric, conventionally known ones are used, and it is particularly preferable to employ a polyester spunbond nonwoven fabric.

As the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 7, a conventionally known one is adopted, and in particular, a thin nonwoven fabric is used as a base material, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to both sides thereof. This is because a thin nonwoven fabric as a base material is excellent in transparency and flexibility, and is easy to bend. A conventionally well-known thing is employ | adopted also as an adhesive, and generally an acrylate-type thing is used. Release paper is laminated on the other side of the double-sided PSA sheet 7 and sold. This is because if there is no release paper, it is difficult to handle before attaching to the armor. In addition, as a release paper, the conventionally well-known thing by which the silicone type resin is apply | coated to the paper surface is used.

The armor sweat-absorbing sheet 10 according to the present invention is cut into various shapes and attached to each part of the armor. In the case of a face protector: As described above, the face protector basically includes the face cloth 11, the inner ring 12, the face metal 13, and the abutment 14. The sweat absorbing sheet for armor 10 is attached to each part of the face armor.

FIG. 3 shows an example of sticking to the part of the face duvet 11 corresponding to the top of the head. This sweat absorbing sheet for armor 10 is cut into a substantially rectangular shape and becomes a top piece. Before the release paper is peeled off, the top piece is folded inward so that the release paper is peeled off, and the other surface of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 7 is attached along the illustrated portion of the face cloth 11. I wear it. Moreover, FIG. 4 shows the example stuck on the part of the face duvet 11 corresponding to both ears. This protective sweat-absorbing sheet 10 is composed of a pair of rectangular shapes in which the lower part is slightly bulged and deformed to form both ear pieces. Both ear pieces are preferably provided with a large number of holes as shown. This is to make it easier to hear the voices of referees during the competition. The both ear pieces are adhered as they are along the illustrated portion with the bulging portion as the lower portion.

The armor sweat-absorbing sheet 10 is of an upper semicircular shape, and is formed with a plurality of slits in an arc to form a lower forehead piece. This slit is also for adjusting the bending as in the case described above. The lower forehead piece is also adhered along the inner surface portion of the illustrated face metal 13 while adjusting the bending thereof. FIG. 8 shows an example of attaching to a portion of the face metal 13 corresponding to the jaw. This armor sweat-absorbing sheet 10 has a semicircular lower shape, and is formed with a plurality of slits in an arc to form a jaw piece. This slit is also for adjusting the bending as in the case described above. The jaw piece is also attached along the inner surface portion of the illustrated face metal 13 while adjusting the bending thereof.

As described above, the portion of the inner face of the face protector that is in contact with the face is almost completely attached with the protective sweat absorbing sheet 10. Therefore, sweat perspiring from the face is absorbed by the armor sweat-absorbing sheet 10 and hardly absorbed by the armor cover 11 or the like. Therefore, it is preferable that the sweat absorbing sheet for armor according to the present invention is sold as a kit of the above-mentioned head piece, a pair of ear pieces, a forehead piece, a lower face piece, a lower forehead piece and a chin piece.

The sweat absorbing sheet for armor according to the present invention has the following effects.
(1) Since the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is provided, it can be easily attached to the armor and can be easily peeled off. Therefore, there is an effect that re-sticking and re-sticking can be easily performed.
(2) A fabric composed of hydrophobic fibers is arranged on the skin side, and then the hydrophilic fibers are applied by a heat-sensitive adhesive provided in a dot-like or linear form that can pass sweat from the skin well. Since the main nonwoven fabric is arranged and laminated and integrated, sweat is less likely to stay on the skin, and the sweat can be quickly transferred to and absorbed by the nonwoven fabric.
(3) Since the non-porous synthetic resin film is laminated and integrated next to the non-woven fabric, sweat is less likely to migrate and be absorbed on the armor side than the synthetic resin film. Therefore, there is an effect that the armor (especially the futon) can prevent sweat from absorbing and smelling.
(4) Since the non-woven fabric that absorbs and holds sweat is subjected to antibacterial processing, there is an effect that odor from sweat can be prevented over a long period of time.
