本考案は、上記の状況に鑑み、灯油の盗難などの大量の流出事故の防止はもとより、少量の漏洩事故をも防止する監視装置を提供しようとするものである。

また、建物内部の暖房機5への電気配線に電流感知センサー8を設ける。暖房機5が運転中の時、暖房機の稼働信号として電流感知センサー8の信号電流Bを受信する。本考案は、流量計の出力信号と暖房機の電流感知センサー信号を制御回路側で受信し、両者の比較により、異常を検出する。
灯油配管の途中のどこででも液漏れ、盗難の可能性がある。

(4)この後は警報用ブザーBZの停止と復帰についてであり、ブザー停止用押しボタン3−28Rを操作してブザー停止用リレーBZXを作動し、警報用ブザーBZのOFFを保持する。
