本考案に基づく実施の形態について添付した図面に基づき説明する。本考案に係るカザグルマ装置は、1は羽根を表している。羽根は2円筒外表面に装着固定され、5揺動軸の設置地面と平行な軸部に挿入されその軸部から逸脱しないようコマ3および4によって軸方向の移動が制限されている。当該2円筒内径と5揺動軸外径とは適切なクリアランスを有している。5揺動軸の設置地面と鉛直軸部は9円筒に挿入され、鉛直方向の位置は5揺動軸に固定された6コマの下部に設けられた5揺動軸鉛直方向に自在に移動可能な7円板があり、5揺動軸は6コマ、7円板、9円筒の上部端面が重力により接するまで挿入される。当該9円筒内径と5揺動軸外径とは適切なクリアランスを有している。8は抜け止め用のコマであり、下方突風が吹いた時の脱落防止用のため設置される。簡易的には絶縁テープにて代用することは可能である。10は設置地面に打ち込まれる竿、杭でありステイを介して9円筒と固定される。尚、5揺動軸はほぼ直角に曲げられているが、正確には、その角度は90度以上、100度以下の範囲である。この理由は強風が吹いた時、1羽根の先端が撓んで5揺動軸もしくは9鉛直円筒に接触し破壊するのを防止するためである。 Embodiments based on the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
