Description

The present invention relates to a nasal intubation whose position can be exchanged with adjustable gas inlet direction.

FIG. 1 shows a conventional oxygen mask 10. It is mainly used for inhalation of oxygen to patients who have difficulty breathing or lack of oxygen. The nose and the outside are isolated from each other by the mask body 11, and the oxygen adjuster causes oxygen having a constant oxygen concentration and a constant pressure, which are supplied through the intake pipe 12, to flow into the mask body 11 to breathe the patient. Inhale.
Here, it is necessary to install an exhaust device 13 in the oxygen mask 10 in order to exhaust the patient's exhalation while isolating the nostril from the outside world, which increases the weight of the oxygen mask 10 itself. Moreover, the band 111 must be installed in the mask body 11, and another band 131 is also installed in the exhaust device 13, so that the oxygen mask 10 is stably attached to the patient's head.

However, the above-described conventional oxygen mask technology has a problem that not only the weight is increased, but also the body is difficult to move after wearing, the bed slippage and the like increase, and the patient becomes difficult to adapt.
The nasal intubation structure for inhaling oxygen from the feed tube can supply only a flow rate of 1 to 10 LPM (L / min) in a general nasal cannula in actual use, and the same amount when the feed tube is blocked. The problem of being unable to deliver the flow of oxygen into the patient's nostril occurs.
In addition, since there are many tubes, there is a problem that the tube is easily pulled during use. Therefore, there is room for improvement in the conventional oxygen mask 10 for oxygen inhalation.

Therefore, the present inventor considered that the above-described drawbacks can be improved, and as a result of intensive studies, the present inventor has arrived at a proposal of the present invention that effectively improves the above-described problems with a rational design.

The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems. In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has as its main object to provide a nasal intubation whose position can be exchanged.
In the present invention, the end of the intake pipe is joined to the intubation member by a reinforced flexible pipe, the intubation member is formed as a straight pipe form, and the inner wall is a smooth intake pipe, and the side wall of the straight pipe form of the intubation member The two intubations to be inserted into the nostrils of the human body are formed to form a nasal intubation having a single-pipe air supply structure, thereby achieving the purpose of supplying the same flow rate of oxygen to the patient's nostrils.

Further, according to the present invention, the position-exchangeable nasal intubation member is provided in the nose portion fixing band where the end portion and the fastener are connected, and the nose portion fixing band and tightening are used for intubation. The member is stably fixed in front of the nose of the human body, and the end of the intubation member is closed by the plug portion to form a transnasal intubation that can be exchanged in position. Inhale.
When the patient moves and changes the position, the position of the plug portion and the reinforced flexible tube is changed. In addition, the nasal intubation is a small volume and lightweight nasal intubation, and the nasal intubation air supply structure adjusts the oxygen inhalation direction according to the patient's environment, simplifies the tube and makes it easy to wear. Achieve the purpose of enhancing the top comfort.
