【解決手段】袋状に作られた背も垂れ部分１と、背も垂れ部分１と一体化して形成され、折り返し布部分３を有する座面部分２と、折り返し布部分３の一方の面に配置される固定用ゴムテープ４と、折り返し布部分３の他方の面に配置されるボタンと、を有し、折り返し布部分３を座席下部に折り返し、固定用ゴムテープ４をボタンに留めて固定する。
