(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 多孔構造の版胴本体の外周にメッシュ状
のスクリーン層体が巻き付け装着され前記スクリーン層
体の外周に孔版原紙を巻き付け装着される多層構造の孔
版印刷用版胴を用い、前記版胴本体の内周面に摺接する
スキージ部材により前記版胴本体の内側より印刷インキ
を供給する孔版印刷装置に於いて、 前記スクリーン層体の横幅が前記版胴本体の多孔構造領
域の横幅より短く当該多孔構造領域の両側縁部に前記ス
クリーン層体が存在せず、且つ前記スキージ部材の有効
横幅が前記版胴本体の多孔構造領域の横幅より短く当該
多孔構造領域の両側縁部に前記スキージ部材が摺接せ
ず、前記スクリーン層体の外周に当該スクリーン層体の
横幅より大きい横幅を有する孔版原紙が装着されること
を特徴する孔版印刷装置。
1. A stencil printing plate cylinder having a multilayer structure in which a mesh screen layer body is wound around and mounted on a perimeter of a perforated plate cylinder body, and a stencil sheet is wound around and mounted on an outer periphery of said screen layer body. In a stencil printing apparatus that supplies printing ink from the inside of the plate cylinder main body by a squeegee member that slides on the inner peripheral surface of the plate cylinder main body, the width of the screen layer body is larger than the width of the porous structure area of the plate cylinder main body. The screen layer body is not present on both side edges of the porous structure area, and the effective lateral width of the squeegee member is shorter than the lateral width of the porous structure area of the plate cylinder body. A stencil printing machine characterized in that a stencil sheet having a width greater than the width of the screen layer body is mounted on the outer periphery of the screen layer body without sliding members.
