Description

The present invention relates to a support member for protecting an ankle joint, and more particularly to a support member for preventing the occurrence and recurrence of ankle varus sprain.

There are various injuries to the ankle site, but the most common is sprain. Sprains include a varus sprain that twists the ankle inward and, as a result, stretches and damages the outer ligament, and a valgus sprain that twists the ankle outward. And, with varus sprains and valgus sprains, there are overwhelmingly many varus sprains due to the structure of the ankle joint.

。   Various ankle joint supporters (orthors) have been developed so far. For example, a cylindrical body covering the periphery of the ankle joint, a rigid support plate fixed to the left and right sides of the cylindrical body, and a sole belt extending from one support plate to the other support plate through the sole. There is a brace equipped (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

As shown in FIG. 11 (front view of the right foot), FIG. 12 (rear view of the right foot), and FIG. 13 (back view of the right foot), the ankle joint is connected to the talus below the inner cavern 50 of the tibia 51 and the outer cabal 52 of the rib 53. 54, a scaphoid bone 55 and a rib 56, each bone being connected by a ligament.

Since the ankle joint has the above-described structure, it is supported by the bone at the time of dorsiflexion (when the toe is raised), and sufficient stability is obtained. However, at the time of bottom flexion (with the toes lowered), the supportability becomes weak, the joint is loosened, and it is easy to tilt to internal rotation / inversion. Therefore, when landing in this bottom bent state, the ankle joint is inevitably forced to have a varus, and the ankle is inverted (from the talus 54 to the scaphoid 55, the wedge bone 57 and the anterior). The axis line L1 connected to is pivoted in the direction of arrow A around the joint center O (see FIG. 13)). When the ankle joint is varus, the axis L2 connecting from the talus 54 to the scaphoid 55 and the rib 56 is turned around the joint center O in the direction of arrow B (see FIG. 12). Damage to the ligaments connecting 54 and ribs 53, the ligaments connecting ribs 56 and 53, not shown) and the bisecting ligaments (ligaments connecting ribs 56 and scaphoid 55, not shown) to cause varus become.

The above-mentioned conventional ankle supporter has support members on the inner side, but these support members do not exceed the lower end of the ankle in the inner part of the ankle joint, or the shape of the support member is flat and extends straight downward even if it exceeds. It is. In a supporter having a conventional support member, the varus is restricted by the force of tightening the belt, but the force of tightening the belt is limited, and it is impossible to reliably prevent ankle varus sprain.

Moreover, since the said conventional supporter has the cylindrical body which covers the circumference | surroundings of an ankle joint, and the rigid support board fixed to the right-and-left side of a cylindrical body, it cannot mount | wear with a supporter and can not wear normal shoes.

The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the above-mentioned conventional supporters, and can reliably prevent ankle varus sprain and can wear normal shoes even when worn. It is an issue to provide.

The ankle joint inner support member of the present invention is curved in the circumferential direction of the upper tibia part of the ankle internal capsular part, and a pressing fixing part that is pressed and fixed to the tibia part,
An endothelium-containing portion that extends integrally downward from the press-fixing portion and bulges outward so as not to compress the ankle intima
A compression part that extends downward from the endocarpal storage part, and that compresses the talus part, the ship-like bone part, and the rib part that continues to the lower part of the ankle internal causal part;
A hard and elastic plate-like integrated support body integrally provided with a bent end portion extending downward from the compression portion and wrapping around the sole portion;
A hook-and-loop fastener that is fixed to the outer surface of the pressing and / or endocarpal storage part and fixes the support body to the tibia part,
A sole belt having one end attached to the outer surface of the bent end and extending to the tibia through the sole,
One end is attached to the outer surface of the compression part, and the other end of the sole belt is wrapped around the tibial part so that the other end of the sole belt is sandwiched between the tibial part from the front side of the ankle and the other end can be attached to and detached from the hook-and-loop fastener A front belt attached to the
One end portion is attached to the outer surface of the compression portion, and the other end portion of the sole belt is wrapped around the tibial portion from the rear side of the ankle so as to be sandwiched between the tibial portion, and the other end portion is attached to the surface fastener. And a rear belt that is detachably attached, and suppresses ankle varus sprain.

In the above-mentioned ankle joint inner side support member, the pressing and fixing part may have a soft pad on the inner surface on the tibial part side.

When the ankle joint inner support member of the present invention is fixed to the ankle joint with a belt or the like, the endometrium is accommodated in the endometrium storage portion, so that the compression portion extending below the endometrium storage portion does not open outward. The talus part, the scaphoid part, and the rib part are pressed to prevent the varus and the rib from being varusted, and the inner movement of the scaphoid part is prevented from the inside. Furthermore, since the downward movement of the rib portion is prevented by the bent end portion that wraps around the sole, it is possible to reliably prevent varus sprain. Moreover, since the support body of the ankle joint inner support member of the present invention is plate-shaped, it does not have to be bulky even if normal shoes are worn.

If the pressing and fixing part has a soft pad to be attached to the inner surface on the tibial part side, even if the ankle joint inner support member is fixed with a belt or the like, there is no displacement and no pain due to the attachment.

The ankle joint inner support member according to the present invention includes a hook-and-loop fastener fixed to the outer surface of the press fixing part and / or the endocarpal part, and one end attached to the outer surface of the bent end part and extending to the tibial part through the sole. One end is attached to the outer surface of the sole belt and the compression portion, and the other end portion of the sole belt is wrapped around the tibial portion from the front side of the ankle so as to be sandwiched between the tibial portion and the other end portion is attached to the surface fastener. A front belt that is detachably attached, and one end is attached to the outer surface of the compression part, and the other end of the sole belt is wrapped around the tibia so that the other end of the sole belt is sandwiched between the tibial part from the rear side of the ankle Since the rear belt is detachably attached to the hook-and-loop fastener, upward and inward forces act on the compression portion. As a result, the compression part reliably presses the talus part, the scaphoid part, and the rib part to prevent varus, and the bent end part reliably prevents the downward movement of the rib part.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a support main body of the ankle joint inner support member of the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II in FIG. 3 and 4 are diagrams schematically showing a state in which the support main body of the ankle inner support member is attached to the right ankle joint. FIG. 5 is a photograph of a support body of the ankle joint inner support member, and FIG. 6 is a photograph showing a state where the support body of the ankle joint inner support member is attached to the left ankle joint.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the ankle joint inner support member 10 of the embodiment is curved in the circumferential direction of the upper tibia part 51 of the ankle endophysis 50 and is pressed and fixed to the tibia part 51. 11 and extending downward from the pressing and fixing part 11 and bulging outward so as not to compress the ankle internal cavernous part 50, and extending downward from the internal cavernous part accommodating part 12, The compression part 13 that compresses the talus part 54, the scaphoid part 55, and the rib part 56 that continue below the ankle internal medulla part 50, and the bent end part 14 that extends downward from the compression part 13 and wraps around the sole. And. Moreover, the press fixing | fixed part 11 is equipped with the soft pad 11a on the inner surface by the side of the tibial part 51 side.

The ankle joint inner support member 10 has a plate shape that is hard and elastic, and is made, for example, by impregnating a fiber with a thermoplastic resin.

The pad 11a is, for example, a urethane foam.

Next, the operation of the ankle joint inner support member 10 will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, the ankle joint inner support member 10 is disposed inside the ankle joint so that the inner fruit portion 50 is accommodated in the inner fruit portion accommodating portion 12, and is fixed to the ankle with an adhesive tape. Then, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the pressing and fixing portion 11 presses the tibial portion 51 from the inside, and the pressing portion 13 presses the talus portion 54, the scaphoid bone portion 55 and the rib portion 56 from the inside, The bent end portion 14 presses the rib portion 56 from below. Therefore, the compression part 13 prevents the varus 54 and the rib 56 from being varus, and the inner movement of the scaphoid 55 is prevented. Moreover, since the ankle joint inner side support member 10 is plate-shaped, even if it wears normal shoes, it is not bulky.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the ankle joint inner support member of the present embodiment, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II in FIG. 9 and 10 are photographs showing a state in which the ankle joint inner support member is attached to the left ankle joint. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same component and description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the ankle joint inner support member 20 of the embodiment is fixed to the ankle joint inner support member 10 of the first embodiment, and the outer surfaces of the press fixing portion 11 and the endocarpal portion accommodating portion 12. The hook-and-loop fastener 15, one end attached to the outer surface of the bent end 14 and extending to the tibial portion 51 through the sole, and one end attached to the outer surface of the compression portion 13 from the front side of the ankle A front belt 17 a that is wound around the tibial portion 51 so that the other end portion of the sole belt 16 is sandwiched between the tibial portion 51 and the other end portion is detachably attached to the hook-and-loop fastener 15, and an outer surface of the compression portion 13. A rear side where one end is attached and the other end of the sole belt 16 is wrapped around the tibia 51 so that the other end of the sole belt 16 is sandwiched between the tibia 51 and the other end is detachably attached to the hook-and-loop fastener 15 Belt 17b .

A hook-and-loop fastener 11b is interposed between the pressing and fixing portion 11 and the pad 11a, and different pads can be selected and mounted depending on the body shape of the person to be used, or the mounting position can be adjusted.

One end of the sole belt 16 is fixed to the center of the bent end 14 in the width direction with a caulking pin 18a.

The front belt 17a and the rear belt 17b are fixed so that one end thereof is a caulking pin 18b so as to form a substantially V-shaped portion at the center in the width direction of the compression portion 13.

Next, the usage method of the ankle joint inner side support member 20 is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 9, first, the ankle joint inner support member 20 is arranged on the inner side of the ankle joint so that the inner fruit portion 50 is accommodated in the inner fruit portion accommodating portion 12. Next, the sole belt 16 is passed through the sole so that it passes through the sole, and the free end thereof is pressed against the outer surface of the tibia portion 51. Next, the front belt 17a is passed through the front side of the ankle so as to pass through the front side of the ankle, and the other end portion of the sole belt 16 is wound around the tibial portion 51 so as to be held between the tibial portion 51 (FIG. 10). The other end is detachably attached to the hook-and-loop fastener 15. Finally, the rear belt 17b is passed through the rear side of the ankle so as to pass through the rear side of the ankle, and the other end portion of the sole belt 16 is wound around the tibial portion 51 so as to be held between the tibial portion 51. The other end is detachably attached to the hook-and-loop fastener 15 (see FIG. 10).

As described above, since the compression portion 13 is fixed to the ankle joint by the front belt 17a and the rear belt 17b forming a substantially V-shaped portion, the front belt forming a substantially V-shaped portion on the compression portion 13 An upward force and an inward force (force from the inside to the outside of the ankle joint) act on the 17a and the rear belt 17b. Further, since the bent end portion 14 is pulled upward by the sole belt 16, an upward force acts on the bent end portion 14. Therefore, the compression part 13 effectively compresses the talus part 54, the scaphoid bone part 55 and the rib part 56 from the inside, and the bent end part 14 effectively compresses the rib part 56 from the lower side. As a result, the compression part 13 reliably prevents the varus 54 and the rib 56 from varying, and reliably prevents the inner movement of the scaphoid 55. Moreover, since the ankle joint inner side support member 10 is plate-shaped, even if it wears normal shoes, it is not bulky.
