Claims (5)

A urine leakage absorbing hygiene product for men to be used by attaching to a men's pant having a front opening pocket formed by overlapping the front side fabric and the back side fabric so that they can be opened and closed,
A first urine absorbing pad portion covering at least a part of the back surface of the fabric on the front side of the front opening pocket and at least a part of the back surface of the fabric located on the left side of the front opening pocket;
A second urine absorbing pad portion covering at least a part of the back surface of the fabric on the back side of the front opening pocket and at least a part of the back surface of the fabric located on the right side of the front opening pocket;
A male urine leakage-absorbing hygiene product for preventing the front opening pocket from being soiled when a male urinates the genitals through the front opening pocket.   The second urine absorption pad portion is added to at least a part of the back surface of the fabric on the back side of the front opening pocket, and at least a part of the back surface of the fabric located on the right side of the front opening pocket, The men's urine leakage-absorbing sanitary article according to claim 1, further comprising a folded portion that folds back the fabric on the back side of the front opening pocket to cover at least a part thereof.   Of the first urine absorption pad portion and the second urine absorption pad portion, an adhesive surface is provided on at least a part of the portion facing the male pant fabric so as to easily adhere to the male pant fabric.
