Description

The present invention relates to a cushioning pad for relieving the pain of sticking between a thumb and a forefinger that occurs when wearing footwear such as sandals with a umbilical cord.

In recent years, Japanese clothing has been reviewed, and sandals and clogs are used by many women as footwear. However, footwear with such a umbilical cord is worn by pinching the umbilical cord between the thumb and the forefinger, unlike shoes that are usually used. Since the part continues to stick between the thumb and the forefinger, there is a problem that the sticking part becomes painful and sometimes swells red and is damaged.
In order to solve such a problem, the present inventor is formed of a transparent or translucent flexible resin, which is formed along a thick main body having a substantially hollow cylindrical shape, and an outer peripheral surface of a lower portion of the main body. Proposing a finger protector comprising a skirt for improving sitting and a notch for inserting a cord into a hollow portion of the main body in a longitudinal direction at a side of the main body. (Patent Document 1).

However, the finger protector of Patent Document 1 is only a substantially cylindrical resin body, which is inserted into the snout portion of the footwear having a snout, and is sandwiched between the toes and the toes of the foot when worn. Since it was used in a state, there was a problem that it was uncomfortable and easily shifted during walking.
In addition, since the finger protector does not include a portion that protects the toe, it was not possible to alleviate the impact on the toe when walking, such as sandals.
Therefore, the finger protector of Patent Document 1 has room for improvement in terms of preventing misalignment during walking and mitigating the impact on the toe when worn.
The present invention has been made in order to improve this point, and when wearing footwear having a thong, the pain of spiking between the thumb and the finger that hits the thong and the toe that is applied during walking An object of the present invention is to provide a buffer pad that reduces impact and is unlikely to be displaced.

That is, the present invention is a shock absorbing pad for footwear having a umbilical cord, a planar stepping portion placed on the toe surface of the footwear, rising from the upper surface of the stepping portion, The cylindrical nose pad portion shaped so as to substantially cover the buffer pad is integrally formed with a gel having a JIS A hardness of 5 ° to 15 ° according to JIS-K6301.
The preferable aspect of this invention is related with the said buffer pad which the said stepping part consists of a planar body which has the large area of the half or more of the area of the said toe surface which spreads over the said toe surface.
A more preferable aspect of the present invention relates to the cushioning pad, wherein an identification pattern and / or a decorative pattern is formed on the upper surface of the stepping portion.
In a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the nasal contact portion is a cylindrical body, and a cylindrical lumen for containing and accommodating the nasal cord, and a cylindrical wall for inserting the nasal cord into the cylindrical lumen. The present invention relates to the above-mentioned cushioning pad, which has a gap through the nose cut out in the longitudinal direction.
An even more preferred aspect of the present invention relates to a buffer pad in which the tubular body has a wall thickness that gradually increases from its upper surface to its lower end.
According to a most preferred aspect of the present invention, the nose pad portion further includes two reinforcing walls facing each other, extending outward from the opening edge of the nostril gap and continuous with the upper surface of the stepping portion. The present invention relates to the buffer pad.

Since the buffer pad of the present invention is made of a flexible resin and includes a cylindrical nose pad portion that covers the nose portion, when it is attached to the nose portion of the footwear having the nose portion, it is between the thumb finger and the eating finger. The hit in the tsukenet is much weaker.
For this reason, the use of the buffer pad of the present invention provides an effect that the sticking between the thumb and the forefinger is less likely to hurt even when a footwear having a nose is worn.
Moreover, since the buffer pad of this invention provides a planar stepping part, the impact on the toe can be reduced.
And since the buffer pad can be supported by the sole, the toe and the forefinger by integrally forming the nose pad portion and the stepping portion as described above, when wearing, during walking The buffer pad is not easily displaced.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 (a) to 2 (d) and FIGS. 3 (a) to 3 (c), the shock absorbing pad 1 of the present invention has a toe surface 22 of footwear 20 having a snout 21. A planar treading portion 2 placed on the top and a cylindrical nose resting portion 4 which is formed so as to rise from the upper surface 3 of the treading portion 2 and substantially cover the entire outer circumference of the nose strap 21 are integrally molded. It is a thing. The buffer pad 1 is made of a soft gel having a JIS A hardness of 5 ° to 15 ° according to JIS-K6301.
As shown in FIG. 4, the cushion pad 1 has a planar stepping portion 2 placed on the toe surface 22 of the footwear 20, and a tubular nose pad portion 4 substantially extending the entire outer periphery of the nose strip 21. Used to cover.
By applying the cushion pad 1 to the footwear 20 having the nose 21, the entire outer periphery of the nose 21 is covered with the soft gel nose pad 4, so that when the foot 20 having the nose 21 is worn, the thumb 15 The contact of the nose 21 with the hook 17 between the finger and the food finger 16 becomes weak, and the pain of the hook 17 can be alleviated.
Further, in order to prevent the pain of the sprain 17, the snout rest 4 has a height h of 8 to 20 mm so that the snout 21 does not hit the spear 17 so that the entire outer periphery of the snout 21 can be covered. It is preferable to make it.
Further, the shock absorbing pad 1 can relieve the impact on the toe 18 that is applied when the footwear 20 is walking by the planar stepping portion 2 made of the soft gel.
The stepping portion 2 extends over the entire toe surface 22 as shown in FIG. It is preferably made of a planar body having a large area that is at least half the area of the toe surface 22.
Further, since the cushion pad 1 is formed by integrally molding the nose pad portion 4 and the planar stepping portion 2, the cushion pad 1 can be easily defined by the sole 19, the toe 15, and the forefinger 16. It can be supported at the position, and therefore, the position of the cushion pad 1 is not likely to occur during walking during wearing.
A pattern or pattern can be formed on the upper surface 3 of the stepping part 2 by forming irregularities. Examples of the pattern or pattern include a lot or individual identification used in the manufacturing and shipping process. Examples include an identification pattern or a decorative pattern such as a dot pattern or a floral pattern.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 (a) and 3 (a), the nose pad portion 4 is a cylindrical body 5, and includes a cylindrical lumen 6 for containing and accommodating the nose strap 21. In addition, there is a nasal passage gap 8 cut out in the longitudinal direction on the tubular wall 7 for inserting the nasal cord 21 into the tubular lumen 6.
With such a structure, the buffer pad 1 can be easily provided on the footwear 20 having the umbilical cord 21 by inserting the nasal cord 21 from the nasal passage gap 8 to the tubular lumen 6, and by pulling out in the opposite direction. The footwear 20 can be easily removed.
Then, as shown in FIG. 2 (d), the cylindrical body 5 is formed so that the cylindrical wall 7 gradually moves from the upper surface 9 to the lower end 10 close to the hook 17 so that the contact of the chord 21 becomes weaker at the hook 17. The cylindrical wall thickness 7a on the upper surface 9 is preferably 0.8 to 3.0 mm, and the cylindrical wall thickness 7b on the lower end 10 is 1.0 to 4.5 mm. It is desirable.
2 (c), 2 (d), and 3 (c), the nose pad portion 4 further includes two reinforcing walls 11 that face each other, so that the opening of the nostril gap 8 is provided. It extends outward from the edge 12 and is continuous with the upper surface 3 of the stepping portion 2.
Since the two reinforcing walls 11 support the cylindrical body 5, the cylindrical body 5 is hard to deform and prevents the nose 21 from coming off from the cylindrical lumen 6, thereby further shifting the position of the buffer pad 1 during walking. Can be difficult.
The reinforcing wall 11 extends outward from the opening edge 12 of the nasal passage gap 8 and is formed so as to be continuous with the upper surface 3 of the stepping portion 2, so that it is difficult to stand out.
