なお、記述例においては、金具本体の舌片は平面部に対して直角に折曲したものとしたが、他の角度でもよい。上部舌片の円弧状切除部は主筋に適合し、下部舌片の円弧状切除部は組み立て筋に適合するものとして、各鉄筋の外径に合わせてその曲率半径を決めており、この曲率半径は使用する鉄筋に合わせて適宜に選定し加工することができる。
また、押さえ板は既例においては長方形板体としたが、これに限らず他形状の板体としてもよい。但し、押圧による変形にて固定力が安定保持されるので、その厚さは4〜6ミリメートルの範囲が望ましい。ナットの締め上げにてこの押さえ板は円弧状に押圧変形し、その表面に凹凸を有する組み立て筋に対する押圧個所が増加して安定保持となるためである。本例にては、金具本体と押さえ板ともに鉄板を用いたが、他の強度を有する素材を用いてもよい。また、組み立て筋を2本並べて用いるときには、その鉄筋に合わせて円弧状切除部形状を、その側面に円弧状部分を有する幅広型切除部などのように適宜に変更して形成することとなる。以上のごとく、本案によって利便性を有するとともに、製品の品質向上に寄与しうる、場所打ちコンクリート抗用鉄筋かごの製作用鉄筋固定金具を得ることができる。As mentioned above, although this plan was described, since it is a press fixing means by screwing instead of the welding method that was the conventional means, the construction quality is constant, and there is no problem of cross-section reduction of the reinforcing bar that the welding method has, and it is useful It was possible to obtain a simple means.
