コの字状の銅箔を上述の一体成形時にベース1に圧着す

刷、又は接着する方法で端子2は装着される。薄型に成
形された棒状コア5は、ベース1の設置空間部8に組み
込まれ、円環状空芯コイル6は、ベース1の円状の鍔4
並びに円状鍔3間の空間部9に組み込まれる。更にリン
グ状のコア7は、ベース1の円状鍔3により内側が位置
決めによりズレが防止され、同心にて組み込まれる。円
環状空芯コイル6の引出しリードは、端子2にハンダ熔
接される。中央の棒状コア5は開磁路の距離が長く、イ
ンダクタンス値が小さくなるのを防ぐ為、リング状コア
7の組込みにより開磁路距離を短くし、インダクタンス
値を大きくとるための構成となっている。棒状コア5と
リング状コア7の使用により、従来形状のドラムコアと
比較し、薄型にしてもインダクタンス値の低下はなく、
一方、コアも強度的に強くなり、コアの成形が容易にな
る。材料費も安価になり、更に、製造も単純な形状・構
造であるため、機械による自動化が容易である。以上述
