Conventionally, the core of a small electronic component has been fixed by metal fittings, tapes, and resin bonding. In particular, the bonding is performed from the viewpoint of automation. Indeed, it is difficult to obtain dimensional accuracy due to warping or the like due to a problem in manufacturing the core, and therefore, even in automation of bonding, a variation occurs in bonding force and the like. In addition, the core for small electronic components is fixed by metal fittings and resin adhesive fixing, and resin adhesive fixing is performed in terms of material cost. However, due to electrical characteristics, side adhesion (joining surface between cores) is performed. No resin is attached). However, due to the structure of the square-shaped or sun-shaped core, there are disadvantages in that the number of bonding points is plural, and the number of bonding steps or equipment for automation is plural.
In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention provides a triangular prism or a semi-cylindrical core with a concave or cutout in the longitudinal direction near the joint of one core, or the thickness of the core at the center of the foot of one core. It is an object of the present invention to provide an inexpensive small-sized electronic component core that has a vertical through-hole penetrating through, and stabilizes the adhesive force without increasing the amount of adhesive, and can be easily automated.

According to the present invention, a closed magnetic circuit core having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped outer shape and a cross section with a sunshade is formed by abutting two core members with the leg portions of the core members. In a small electronic component in which a coil member is housed in a road core, one of the core members extends from an outer edge of an outer surface of the core substantially perpendicular to the leg to an abutting surface of the leg with the other core member. The outer surface has a notch recess substantially perpendicular thereto, and the mating surface of the leg of the other core member is substantially perpendicular to the notch recess when combined with the one core member. The closed magnetic circuit cores are fixed to each other by applying an adhesive to the substantially vertical bottom, and the outer shape of the small electronic component is determined by the outer shape of the closed magnetic circuit core. Small Electronic parts can be obtained. Further, according to the present invention, the two core members are abutted against each other with the leg portions of the core members to form a closed magnetic circuit core having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and a cross-shaped sun, and a coil member is provided in the closed magnetic circuit core. In the small electronic component housed, one of the core members has a through hole substantially perpendicular to the outer surface from an outer edge of an outer surface of the core substantially perpendicular to the leg portion to an abutting surface of the leg portion with the other core member. A hole, and the mating surface of the leg of the other core member provides a bottom substantially perpendicular to the through hole when combined with the one core member; The small magnetic component is characterized in that the closed magnetic circuit cores are fixed to each other by applying an adhesive to a vertical bottom, and the outer shape of the small electronic component is determined by the outer shape of the closed magnetic circuit core. Is obtained.

FIG. 1 is a side view of one of the cores, in which a concave portion 7 notching a side surface of a triangular prism core or a concave portion 8 notching a side surface of a semi-cylindrical core is provided on a longitudinal edge which is a side surface of one core. This is a component core. The core 1 has a U-shape. The adhesive 2 is applied to the joining surface 5 on the side surface in the longitudinal direction of the core. Since the recess is perpendicular to the joint surface 5, as shown in FIG. 1, it is easier to work when the adhesive 2 is applied to and penetrates the joint surface 5 on the side surface in the longitudinal direction of one of the cores. High adhesive strength. The concave portion 7 that cuts out the side surface of the triangular prism core and the concave portion 8 that cuts out the side surface of the semi-cylindrical core may be located on the longitudinal edge of one core. If the recesses are present in both cores at the same time, it is necessary that the positions of the recesses do not span the two cores.

FIG. 3 shows a small electronic component core in which a through hole 9 is formed in a foot portion of one of the cores so as to penetrate the thickness of the core. It is not good that the through-hole 9 penetrates the two cores, but it is not necessary to ask much about the shape of one core as a cylinder or a quadratic prism. It is provided at the center. By applying the adhesive 2 to the through holes 9, the adhesive 2 penetrates into the joint surface of the two cores, and the cores can be completely joined.

In one of the small electronic components, one of the core members has a cutout recess substantially perpendicular to the outer surface from an outer edge of an outer surface of the core substantially perpendicular to the leg portion to an abutting surface of the leg portion with the other core member. The butting surface of the leg of the other core member, when combined with the one core member, provides a bottom substantially perpendicular to the cutout recess; A small electronic component, wherein the closed magnetic circuit cores are fixed to each other by applying an adhesive to a bottom portion of the small electronic component, and an outer shape of the small electronic component is determined by an outer shape of the closed magnetic circuit core.

2. A closed magnetic circuit core having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped outer shape and a cross section with a sun-shape formed by abutting two core members with legs of the core member, and accommodating a coil member in the closed magnetic circuit core. In one of the small electronic components, one of the core members has a through hole substantially perpendicular to the outer surface from an outer edge of an outer surface of the core substantially perpendicular to the leg portion to an abutting surface of the leg portion with the other core member. The butting surface of the leg of the other core member provides a bottom substantially perpendicular to the through hole when combined with the one core member. A small electronic component, wherein the closed magnetic path cores are fixed to each other by applying an adhesive thereto, and an outer shape of the small electronic component is determined by an outer shape of the closed magnetic path core.
