2. Description of the Related Art For example, when laying as a drainage pipe for rainwater under a road, if the laying distance is longer than the length of a single hose, a plurality of hoses are connected to each other to reduce the length of the hose to the laying distance. I try to match. And when connecting a plurality of the hoses, first, a notch portion in which the other connection side end can enter in the connection direction is formed on one of the connection side ends of hoses adjacent in the connection direction, After at least one round of the sheet-shaped seal member is wound around the connection-side ends, the hoses are connected by tightening the connection member from the outside over the connection-side ends.

[0003] Since the outer surface of the hose is uneven, even if the seal member is tightened by the connecting member,
The seal member only makes point contact with the top portion of the upper portion of the convex portion, and the sealing effect of the seal member cannot be sufficiently exhibited. As a result, sufficient sealing cannot be performed, and water leaks from the connecting portion to the outside. There was something. In particular, when the other hose is connected to one hose in a slightly inclined state, the above-mentioned inconvenience becomes remarkable. Moreover, the above-mentioned hoses are often large and have a high shape retention strength of the convex portion so as not to be easily deformed, and even if the connecting member is tightened with a large force, the top portion of the upper portion of the convex portion is not deformed, The pressure contact force between the seal member and the projection cannot be effectively increased, and the above-mentioned disadvantage cannot be solved.

Further, since the sealing member only makes point contact with the top of the upper portion of the projection as described above, a sufficient tightening force of the connecting member is not transmitted to the hose side, and the sealing member and the connecting member are not attached to the hose. The above-mentioned inconveniences become more pronounced, and there is room for improvement.

According to the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, concave portions and convex portions are alternately provided on the outer surface, and
In the method of connecting pipes for connecting a plurality of hoses formed in a spiral shape, one of the connection side ends of hoses adjacent in the connection direction is inserted into the other connection side end in the connection direction. In the state where these connection side ends are inserted, the end faces of the recesses and protrusions of one connection side end match the end faces of the recesses and protrusions of the other connection side end. The concave portion and the convex portion are formed continuously, and a foaming material is injected into the concave portion at the one connection side end and the concave portion at the other connection side end, respectively, and is cured. After fixing an elastic member having a width equal to or smaller than that of the convex portion on the convex portion at least over one circumference while traversing the foamed material, the entire connecting portion was covered with a sheet-shaped seal member. In the state
The connection side ends of the hoses adjacent to each other in the connection direction are tightened from outside by a connection member extending between the connection side ends of the hoses. Therefore, in the case of connecting the hoses, one of the connection side ends of the hoses adjacent in the connection direction is formed by cutting or molding or the like so that the other connection side end can enter in the connection direction. In a state in which these connection side ends enter each other, the end surfaces of the recesses and protrusions of one connection side end match the end surfaces of the recesses and protrusions of the other connection side end, and the recesses and protrusions are formed. It is formed continuously. Next, a foam material was injected and foamed into the concave portion at one connecting side end and the concave portion at the other connecting side end, respectively, so that it could be adhesively fixed to the surface of the concave portion and leaked out from the cutout portion. It is possible to prevent the water from moving to the outside in the longitudinal direction of the hose through the concave portion by the cured foam material. Then, since the elastic member equivalent to the convex part or narrower than the convex part is fixed on the convex part in the connecting part by an adhesive or heat welding over at least one circumference while traversing the foam material. The elastic member can be elastically deformed by press-contacting the sheet-shaped seal member, and the seal member can be brought into close contact with the connecting member in a surface contact state via the elastic member. Then, by traversing over the foam material, the elastic member can eliminate the gap generated between the upper surface of the foam material and the inner surface of the seal member. Thereafter, the connecting member is tightened from the outer side across the connection side ends of the hoses adjacent in the connection direction, and the connection between the connection side ends is completed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows a state in which two large hoses 1 and 1 for drainage pipes are connected in a groove M by a connecting member 8 described later. Each hose 1 is provided with concave portions 1A and internal hollow convex portions 1B alternately on the outer surface of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, and these are formed in a spiral shape. As shown in FIG. 5, the inner hollow convex portion 1B has a configuration in which the inner lower end portion of the convex portion 1B is closed so that the inner surface of the concave portion 1A is continuous in the longitudinal direction of the hose. By doing so, the inside of the hose 1 is configured to have a flat shape, and the shape retention strength can be improved so that the convex portion 1B is not deformed. The metal reinforcing plate 2 is embedded in the convex portion 1B so that the shape retaining strength of the convex portion 1B can be further improved. Hereinafter, a connection method for connecting a plurality of the hoses 1 will be described. The hose 1 has an inner diameter of about 1.8 m and a total length of about 5 m, and may have any size.

First, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, each end of the hose 1 is cut from the convex portion 1B of the hose 1 toward the inside in the longitudinal direction of the hose. The cutout 3 is formed by cutting. If the notch 3 can be integrally formed when the hose is manufactured, the cutting step can be omitted. Since the opening 1K is formed at the end of the projection 1B by the cutting, the foam 4 is inserted into the opening 1K so that rainwater or the like does not enter the opening 1K. ing. The two hoses 1 having the notches 3 formed in this way,
1 are set so that the cut surfaces of the cutouts 3 coincide with each other (see FIG. 3). After this, the recesses 1 near each notch 3
A, a foamed material is injected into each of the specific locations of A and 1A, and the foamed material is cured to dispose the foamed material block 5.
A, 1A allows the foam blocks 5 and 5 to block rainwater or the like that is going to enter the inside. The foam blocks 5, 5 may be formed by foaming before setting the two hoses 1, 1 as described above.

The foam block 5 is shown in FIG.
As shown in (b), it has a left-right width extending between two adjacent protrusions 1B, 1B, and is about 50 cm in the circumferential direction of the hose.
An upper plate portion 6A having the following dimensions, and side plate portions 6B, 6B,
6B, and a mold 6 composed of bolts 6D and nuts 6E screwed between plate portions 6C, 6C protruding from upper surfaces of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the upper plate portion 6A. When molding the foam block 5, first, the mold 6 is placed at a specific position of the recesses 1 </ b> A, 1 </ b> A near the notch 3, and then the injection port 6 a formed in the upper plate 6 </ b> A of the mold 6. The foamed material that has been softened to a liquid state is poured from the container, and the foamed material is left to stand for a set time until it hardens. Before injecting the foam material, the gap formed between the end surfaces of the side plates 6B, 6B of the mold 6 and the surfaces of the recesses 1A, 1A is filled with rubber clay or the like, so that the injected foam material is filled. Can be prevented from flowing out of the gap. In addition to filling the gap with rubber clay or the like, by providing a flexible elastic body or the like on the end surfaces of the side plates 6B, 6B,
May be configured to prevent generation of the gap by elastic deformation of the elastic body. Alternatively, a mold release agent may be applied to the inner surface of the mold 6 and the mold 6 may be easily released from the cured product. When the mold 6 is set, the bolt 6D is rotated so that the upper plate 6A of the mold 6 draws an arc parallel to the outer surface of the hose.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, an elastic member having a width substantially equal to the width of the top portion is provided on the vicinity of the connection portion, that is, on the top portion of the convex portion 1B in the range covered by the connection member 8 described later. The rubber packing 7 is attached using an adhesive or the like.
As shown in FIG. 5, the upper part of the rubber packing 7 is corrugated, so that the adhesion to the connecting member 8 described later is enhanced, and the connecting member 8 is hardly displaced in the longitudinal direction of the hose. When sticking the rubber packing 7, a gap may be generated between the upper surfaces of the foam blocks 5 and 5 and the inner surface of the connecting member 8 by traversing the foam blocks 5 and 5. I try not to. The rubber packing 7 is attached over about two turns of the hose, but may be attached at least over one turn. Further, the rubber packing 7 may be fixed to the convex portion 1B by heat fusion. Further, instead of the rubber packing 7, an elastic foam or a soft synthetic resin may be used.

When the attachment of the rubber packing 7 is completed, as shown in FIG. 6, a sheet-shaped sealing member S is wound around two turns of a hose, and then two metal-made half-plate-shaped members are formed. The connecting members 8 composed of the joints 8A, 8A are tightened from the outside over the connecting side ends of the hoses adjacent in the connecting direction to connect the connecting side ends. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, the bolts 9 are inserted into bolt insertion brackets 8a provided at both ends of the joints 8A, 8A, and a nut 10 is screwed onto a tip of the inserted bolt 9. Then, by rotating the bolt 9 or the nut 10, the joints 8A, 8A are moved to the side where they are drawn, and the connection side ends are tightened.
The seal member S is wound around the hose for about two rounds. However, since the rubber packing 7 is provided, the sealing action can be sufficiently exerted even if the seal member S is wound for about one round. Moreover, you may wind around three or more rounds.

By sealing between the connecting member 8 and the hose 1 by the sealing member S via the rubber packing 7 as described above, the hose 1 is at a predetermined angle with respect to the connecting member 8 as shown in FIG. Even when the connection is made in a state of being inclined by K (actually about 2 degrees), this inclination can be effectively absorbed, and the accuracy at the time of connection is not so much required, which is advantageous in terms of construction.
