2. Description of the Related Art A composite container has the advantages that it can be easily printed on an outer container and that the inner container can maintain airtightness. As shown in FIG. 6, an inner container 2 made of a resin such as plastic is fitted into an outer container 1 formed of a blank plate such as paper, and the outer container 1 and the entire outer container 1 are inserted between them. Means for manufacturing a composite container 3 as shown in FIG. 7 by bonding with the whole inside is known. As a bonding means, an adhesive or a heat sealing agent is applied in advance to the entire surface of the inner container 2 or the entire inner surface of the outer container 1, and the inner container 2
And then press-fitting or heat-welding the two. As shown in the figure, the conventional outer container 1 generally does not have a flange portion.

However, the method of bonding the inner container and the outer container over the entire contact surface as described above has the following disadvantages. First, in the method of bonding with an adhesive, there is a concern that partial adhesion may occur due to contact between the inner container and the inner container during the fitting thereof into the outer container. If the two pieces adhere to each other in the middle in this way, the inner container may not be securely inserted into the bottom of the outer container, or the container may be damaged because the inner container is forcibly pushed with a mandrel. In addition, the inner container must be accurately centered and fitted into the outer container so as not to cause the above-mentioned inconvenience, and the manufacturing process becomes complicated. In addition, the method of bonding both surfaces by heat sealing is as follows:
It is not economical because a specially shaped heater or heater press that matches the shape of the container is required. In addition, both methods
Since the mandrel and heater must be replaced each time the shape of the container changes, there is no versatility. In addition, it is difficult to perform the work because the mandrel and heater are inserted into the inner container. Since it is necessary to stop or remove the container from the transport line,
The process is complicated and takes a long time.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned technical problems and eliminates the possibility of causing partial adhesion during fitting of an inner container into an outer container, and has a special shape for adhesion. It is an object of the present invention to provide a composite container which does not require a mandrel, a heater, or the like, and which can be easily bonded. In order to achieve this object, a front portion, a left side portion, a back portion, and a right side portion are extended on four sides of the bottom portion, and a flange portion is respectively extended on an outer edge of each of the surface portions, and each of the surface portions is provided with a flange. An outer container made of a blank plate provided with cutouts formed by synthesizing cutouts provided at the corners, and a flange portion extending horizontally outside the upper ends of the front, left, back and right sides are provided. In addition, an inner container made of a resin such as plastic having a swelling portion formed at the upper end of the corner between the respective surface portions, wherein the outer container and the inner container are formed by the two flange portions provided on the outer container and the inner container. We have invented a composite container that is bonded.

Next, FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the inner container 25.
The inner container 25 is formed by, for example, vacuum-molding a resin such as a transparent or translucent airtight plastic. As shown, the front part 26a, the left side part 26b, the back part 2
6c, a flange portion 27 extending horizontally outward is provided at the upper end of the right side portion 26d (the opening of the inner container 25). Further, bulging portions 28 are formed at the upper ends of the corners of the respective surface portions 26a to 26d. The front portion 26a and the rear portion 26c have a glue margin 19 described with reference to FIGS.
Is formed in a concave portion 29 of a size that can just fit. In addition, an elliptical window 30 having a size that just fits into the window hole 20 described above with reference to FIGS.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 4, the inner container 25 is fitted into the outer container 10 having the above-described structure, and the flange portion 16 and the flange portion 27 are bonded to each other.
The composite container 35 according to the present invention is configured. Adhesion between the flange portions may be performed by applying an adhesive to the upper surface of the outer container flange portion 16 or the lower surface of the inner container flange portion 27 and joining the two, or alternatively, the upper surface of the outer container flange portion 16 or A heat sealant may be applied to the lower surface of the inner container flange portion 27, and both may be heat-welded. Also,
It is also conceivable that a heat sealing agent is applied to the entire inner surface of the outer container 10 or the entire outer surface of the inner container 25, and only the flange portion is heated to join the two. As described above, the means for applying the sealing agent to the whole has an advantage that there is no limitation on the location where the heat sealing agent is applied and the process is simplified.

When the composite container 35 is constructed in this manner, the glue margin 19 affixed to the back of the front part 14a and the back part 14c of the outer container 10 is attached to the front part 26 of the inner container 25.

Of the composite container 30.
When the contents are filled, it is possible to know the contents by looking through the window 30. In addition, the bulging portion 28 formed at the upper end of the corner of the inner container 25 projects from the notch 21 formed by synthesizing the notch 17 of each of the surface portions 14 a to 14 d of the outer container 10. The protrusion of the bulging portion 28 in this way is as shown in FIG.
This is because by providing an appropriate space between the containers by the swelling portion 28 when the layers are stacked many times, it is possible to prevent the containers from entering too deeply and causing a so-called stacking phenomenon.

According to the composite container of the present invention, since the containers are bonded to each other at the flange portion, there is no fear that the outer container and the inner container are bonded during the fitting process. The container can be firmly accommodated up to the bottom of the container, and there is no problem that the container is damaged during the pushing. Also, since only the flange portion needs to be sandwiched and bonded, the bonding is easy, the bonding operation is extremely simple, and a special mandrel or heater for bonding is not required, which is economical. Then, it is also possible to adhere by pressing only the flange portion with a roller or the like while transporting the container, and there is no need to stop the transport line for bonding or take out the container from the line, thereby simplifying the process. Also, the production time can be shortened. Furthermore, since the bulge formed at the upper end of the corner of the inner container is configured to protrude from the cutout formed by synthesizing the cutouts on each surface of the outer container, when the composite container is stacked in multiple layers The stacking phenomenon can be prevented by providing an appropriate space between the containers by the bulging portion.
