【解決手段】デジタルノギス12の外側用ジョウ13、14に、特殊鋼を用いて加工した山形歯部3、4を設けたアタッチメント1、2をM4ボルト17、18、19、20で固定する。

本考案はデジタルノギスに作成したアタッチメント治具を取付けて加工する一般機械用めねじの有効径を測定します。This device measures the effective diameter of female screws for general machines that are machined with an attachment jig created on a digital caliper.

これには次のような欠点があった。
(イ)有効径を測定しようとする場合一般的に数値の答えを求めるのが出来ない為、JIS規格のボールトネジ品を模範として使用していることがある。
(ロ)球形測片を持つマイクロメーターやネジプラグゲージは高価であり被測定めねじの内径が大きい場合は不向きです。
(ハ)各種限界ゲージを揃えるには高価で被加工物の寸法が異なると経済的に疑問である。This has the following drawbacks.

本考案は加工する同一称呼寸法の一般機械用めねじの有効測定とし、デジタルノギスで測定する為に特殊鋼で一部異なる形状の部品を2個作成し、左用アタッチメント(1)と右用アタッチメント(2)とし、それぞれに突起部(5)と(6)を設けて溝に噛み合わせる事により左用アタッチメント歯型部(3)と右用アタッチメントの歯型部(4)が正確な位置で固定し、正確な測定が出来き、アタッチメント治具としてピッチ寸法と補正寸法をアタッチメント治具に彫刻してあり安心して使用できます。The present invention is an effective measurement of female screws for general machines of the same nominal size to be machined.
