2. Description of the Related Art As a means for measuring a PH value in a body cavity such as a stomach or an intestine, a medical capsule device provided with a PH sensor in a capsule body has been conventionally known. However, this type of medical capsule device is administered into the body cavity from the oral part of the patient, and has a PH value in the process of passing through the digestive tract such as the stomach and intestine.
Since the value was measured, the PH value could not be measured at a desired position for a long time.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional medical capsule device, the fixing means comprises a needle-like member,
The capsule is made up of a biasing member for projecting the needle-like member to the outside from the capsule and a thread-like member for holding the needle-like member in the capsule against the biasing force of the biasing member. And the configuration becomes complicated. Further, in the conventional medical capsule device, since the needle-shaped member is pierced into the body cavity wall to fix the medical capsule in the body cavity, there is a possibility that the living tissue may be damaged.

In the above embodiment, the semiconductor pressure sensor 5
The bladder pressure detected in step 4 is transmitted from the telemetry circuit 55 to a receiving circuit outside the body, but a recording circuit 58 is provided in the capsule body 51 as shown in FIG. The detection value may be recorded. Further, the capsule body 51 may be filled with a filler 59 having a large specific gravity to prevent the capsule body 51 from floating in the bladder. Further, the surface of the capsule body 51 may be subjected to a hydrophilic lubrication treatment to facilitate passage through the channel.

As described above, the present invention comprises a medical capsule and a clip attached to the medical capsule and holding a living tissue in a body cavity. Therefore, since it is not necessary to provide a needle-shaped member or a biasing member in the medical capsule, the medical capsule can be fixed in the body cavity with a simple configuration without increasing the size of the capsule. Further, there is no need to pierce the living tissue with the urging force of the urging member, so that there is no risk of damaging the living tissue.
