Abstract

The present invention provides a trash box capable of fixing a shopping bag without using a rubber belt or a string.

Description

Shopping bags are polyethylene shopping bags provided at supermarkets and convenience stores, but a large amount is consumed. From the viewpoint of CO ₂ reduction and resource saving, it is always a target of saving, but its use has not declined because it is convenient and inexpensive. The present invention is intended to promote the reuse of shopping bags and to make effective use of resources.

The shape and structure of the plastic bag most frequently used are as shown in FIG. The size is 750 mm around the bag mouth, the depth is 380 mm, the handle length is 130 mm, and the capacity is about 10 l.

A typical recycling method for plastic bags is garbage bags. A part is set as a garbage bag as it is, and a part is set as an inner bag in the trash box (FIGS. 2 and 3) and reused.

When the plastic bag is used as the inner bag of the trash box, the bag mouth (edge) is folded outward as shown in FIG. For this reason, the outer periphery of the bag mouth must be larger than the outer periphery of the input port of the trash can. The bag must be fixed to the box with a rubber belt or string as shown in Fig. 3-5 so that it will not be pulled out from the edge of the trash box and pulled inside. A simple method of fixing without using a belt or the like is desired.

In addition, when the plastic bag is fixed to the trash box with a rubber belt or the like, the handle of the bag may hang down and impair the appearance (Figure 3-3).

The idea of claim 1 is that, as shown in FIG. 4-6, two small holes are made in the trash box on the opposite side of the body plate of the box.

This hole is for inserting the handle of the shopping bag. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 5, the two grips are inserted from the outside to the inside of the box and pulled to the base of the handle.

After that, the edge of the bag (mouth part) is hooked around the entire periphery of the edge of the trash can inlet, and is folded and trimmed outward. By this operation, the bag can be securely fixed to the trash box. The rubber belts and strings that have been used so far are no longer necessary.

According to the present invention, firstly, a rubber belt and a string for fixing the bag to the trash box are not necessary, and labor is reduced.

The second effect of the present invention is that when the handle of the shopping bag is inserted into the hole of the trash box, the handle becomes difficult to come off due to frictional resistance, and functions to fix the bag.
In addition, this function is performed by putting the handle of the bag inside the trash box, so that the handle is not visible from the outside, and the fixing becomes beautiful.

The effect of the present invention increases the value of recycling plastic bags and contributes to resource saving.

The material of the garbage bag is preferably made of polyethylene. This is because, when the material passes through the small hole of the trash box according to the present invention, a moderate slip is brought about.

The bag of the present invention has a handle. Shopping bags have a handle without exception, but dedicated garbage bags are also becoming available recently.

The capacity of the trash can targeted by the present invention is 6l to 10l. The material may be any material such as plastic, metal, wood, paper, and the shape may be a prismatic shape or a cylindrical shape.

The position of the center of the hole drilled in the plate of the trash can is provided at a distance of 4 cm to 5 cm below the edge of the trash can.

There may be various shapes of holes formed in the plate surface of the trash can body as shown in FIG. The size should be tight enough to prevent the handle of the inserted bag from coming off. In the experiment of the inventor, it was found that it works with a circular hole having a diameter of about 10 mm to 15 mm.
