上記従来のヘアバンドには下記のような問題点があった。
１）登録実用新案第３２９２９号公報（特許文献１参照）に記載のものは、いずれもプラスチック製のリングおよびループ部材を用いており、髪へのスムーズな装着に難があり、また種々の太さに束ねた束髪に迅速に対応することが難しいという問題があった。
２）特開２００７−１０５４１４（特許文献２参照）に記載のものは、平均的頭囲サイズの輪を従来のヘアバンドと同様に装着し、他の輪を後頭部に位置させて後ろの髪をまとめられるようにしたものであるが、束髪のために使用する場合の自由度が少ないという問題があった。
いずれにしても、複数の髪飾りを簡単に取付け取り外しできるヘアバンドというものは存在しなかったのである。
この考案は、この課題を解決するためになされたものであり、複数の髪飾りを簡単に取付け取り外しできるヘアバンドを提供しようとするものである。 The conventional hair band has the following problems.
