図1はその実施例で、カーナビゲーションK等の車載用音響映像装置の外観上隠れる部分にケーブル1を取り付け、逆端7を車本体H等に固定するが、多種多様な固定位置にも取り付けできるよう、ケーブル7を差し込み引っ張りながら任意の位置で固定でき、解除もできる金具(調節手段)6を使用する。ただしケーブル7にたるみがありその張力が小さければ車載用音響装置が引き出せてしまうため、ある程度の張力が必要であり、その張力を感知するスイッチ5は、その張力を利用した状態でオフとなる。スイッチ5の構造は、接点9がバネ11の力で一方向に押されている状態であり、ケーブルが切断、または張力が減少するとバネ11の力で接点9が移動し、端子3と接触しスイッチ5がオン(図4)する。逆に、カーナビゲーションK等を引っ張り、バネ11の力が押し負けるほどの張力がケーブル7にかかれば接点9が移動し、端子2と接触しオン(図3)する。オフは、接点9がこれ以外の位置(図2)であり、ある一定の張力がかかった状態となる。また、ケーブルとスイッチの接続が弱いとケーブルが抜けてしまい、固定する盗難防止として意味がなくなってしまう。そのためネジで押さえつけられたケーブルが逃げ込む穴を設けることで、穴に食い込み、より強固な接続ができる。スイッチ素材8にはそういった高負荷にも耐えるよう強度が必要で、通電経路も兼ねているため、そのボディは金属の導体であり、接点部分が絶縁体10で分離されている。このスイッチ5のそれぞれのオン信号2、3は、ホーンやライトといった警報装置16、17に利用でき、盗難警報に有効であるが、走行時の振動、気温、湿度等さまざまな悪条件があり、張力が変化しスイッチが誤動作すると危険があるため、エンジン作動時は遮断する安全回路(図5)が必要である。 FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which a cable 1 is attached to a part hidden in the appearance of an on-vehicle audiovisual apparatus such as a car navigation K, and the opposite end 7 is fixed to a car body H or the like.
