2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to repair a flat roof having an aged waterproofing layer, a method of removing a waterproofing layer such as a damaged waterproofing sheet and replacing it with a new waterproofing sheet has been generally adopted. Came. In such a case, a method in which a new tarpaulin is laminated on the old tarpaulin without having to peel off the old tarpaulin has often been adopted. However, the durability of the conventional waterproof construction layer is considerably shorter than the life of the building,
The repair work had to be repeated quite frequently.
In addition, when a new waterproof sheet is provided on an old waterproof sheet, there is also a problem that the two are hardly compatible.

On the other hand, when an old slate roof, such as a factory or a warehouse, is damaged, there is no need to remove the old roof material, and a new roof material such as a corrugated metal sheet is laid on top of that. It has often been adopted.

[0004] Therefore, even for a concrete roof, the aged waterproofing material layer is left as it is,
If roofing materials with excellent durability are laid in the same manner as in the case of the above-mentioned factory or the like, the number of times of repair of the flat roof can be greatly reduced. Alternatively, in the case of a newly-built building, the above-mentioned roofing method may be used instead of the conventional waterproofing as a rain roofing method for a flat roof.

However, a concrete roof made of concrete has such a thickness that it cannot be compared with a roofing material such as a slate, so that it is difficult to use a method for fixing the roofing material. However, it is conceivable to use concrete nails or special stud bolts for embedding in existing concrete structures. However, considering the invasion of typhoons and the like, existing concrete nails and stud bolts have extremely insufficient pull-out strength.

As shown in FIG. 6, the pipe 2 to which the bag 3 and the lock nut 4 are attached is inserted into the insertion hole 54. At this time, the lock nut 4 is located near the upper end of the pipe 2. Let me put it. Then, as shown in the figure, a predetermined amount of the uncured stock solution d of the epoxy resin is injected from the upper end opening of the pipe 2 toward the bag-like body 3 using an injector (not shown) for quantitative filling.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the stud bolt 1 is inserted into the pipe 2 and pushed down. When the uncured undiluted solution d pushed to the tip of the stud bolt 1 as shown in the figure expands the bag-like body 3 into a substantially spherical shape, the lower end of the stud bolt becomes the bag-like body. It is desirable that the bottom of 3 is not touched.

After the above work is completed, if left for about 20 to 30 minutes to 1 to 2 hours depending on the temperature at the time of construction,
The uncured stock solution d is almost cured and becomes an epoxy resin.
The retaining member 5 is formed. In this state, when the locking nut 4 is screwed in, the locking member 5 serving as a bolt head and the locking nut 4 cooperate to sandwich the flat roof 50 as shown in FIG. It will be attached.

Thus, even a beginner of the work can reliably and firmly implant the stud bolt 1 on the flat roof 50.
It can be completed very easily and quickly. After the stud bolts 1 have been planted at all of the predetermined plural locations on the flat roof 50, a corrugated roofing material (fixed material) 52 is laid on the flat roof 50, so that the mounting studs 52 are attached. A plurality of channel members 53 serving as a base bone are fixed on a flat roof in a predetermined arrangement as shown in FIGS. The construction method of the roofing work is well known as is apparent in FIG.

The stud bolt 1 is planted in an insertion hole 61 formed in a wall body 60 in the same manner as in the first embodiment. In this case, since the pipe 2 is inserted not into the vertical direction but into the insertion hole 61 provided in the horizontal direction, a certain measure is required to fill the bag 3 with the uncured stock solution d.

For example, after a predetermined amount of uncured stock solution d is filled in a vertically oriented pipe 2, a filling such as a soft breathable sponge piece (not shown) is pushed into the upper surface of the pipe 2 to cover it. The pipe 2 may be inserted into the insertion hole 61 after the hardening solution d is prevented from flowing out of the bag 3. The sponge piece also helps to prevent the tip of the stud bolt 1 from breaking through the bag 3.

Alternatively, the flow of the uncured stock solution d is suppressed,
A putty made by blending a filler (filler) such as an inorganic powder for the purpose of increasing the strength and increasing the weight may be filled into the bag 3 using a caulking gun or the like. In this case, the lock nut 4 screwed to the tip of the pipe 2 can be omitted.

In each of the above embodiments, the curable composition to be filled in the bag 3 is not limited to an epoxy resin. In short, the curable composition is filled in the bag 3 and the base 1a of the stud bolt 1 is inserted. At the stage of incorporation, it is necessary to provide a material having a necessary fluidity, but thereafter having a property of hardening as rapidly as possible and solidifying into a solid having a required mechanical strength. Therefore,
Elastomers such as silicone rubber and urethane rubber may be used.

As apparent from the above description, according to the stud bolt planting structure of the present invention, the following excellent practical effects can be obtained. (A) Unlike a concrete nail or the like, even a concrete base having a relatively large thickness can be easily planted with necessary and sufficient pull-out resistance. (B) Therefore, if, for example, when a poorly-durable waterproofing agent layer applied to the upper surface of a flat roof deteriorates over time, a roofing material such as a corrugated sheet with excellent durability is applied on the roofing material, and the construction method may be adopted. Construction strength that can withstand a large typhoon can be obtained. (C) Even if the thickness of the base is different for each construction site, pipes of the required length are simply cut from long pipes to a fixed size.
Can be procured easily and quickly. (D) It can be easily and reliably planted even on a base with a thickness of several tens of centimeters. (E) The lock nut screwed onto the upper end of the pipe plays a role in preventing the pipe and stud bolt from falling, adjusting the lower end position of the pipe, and the like, and is extremely convenient in construction.
