Description

The present invention relates to a glove that operates a touch panel while being worn.

Conventionally, gloves that can operate a capacitive touch panel are known. For example, the glove described in Patent Document 1 is composed of knitting yarn as a whole, provided with a non-slip resin on part or all of the palm, and knitted fingertips with conductive fibers. When the capacitance type touch panel is operated with the fingertip of the glove, the capacitance of the touch part made of conductive fiber of the fingertip can be detected, so that the touch panel can be operated while wearing the glove.

Also, the gloves described in Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3 are configured such that the fingertips are made of conductive fibers and the touch panel can be operated while wearing the gloves.

On the other hand, when a portable electronic device having a touch panel is held in a hand, there is a problem that a conventional glove made of knitted yarn is difficult to handle because the portable electronic device slides from the hand. On the other hand, the glove described in Patent Document 4 is provided with a hole through which the toe is passed in the fingertip part, a key pressing member is provided in the part where the key is touched, and a slip stopper is provided in the palm part. Moreover, as a glove which has a slipper when operating a portable electronic device, the thing of patent document 5 is known, for example.

実用新案登録第3167327号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3167327 特開2008−81896号公報JP 2008-81896 A 実用新案登録第3160211号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3160211 特開2001−115319号公報JP 2001-115319 A 実用新案登録第3150756号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3150756

However, when a resin or the like is provided on the entire palm of the glove for preventing slippage of the portable electronic device as in the conventional glove, there is a problem that the resin material increases and it is not economical. Moreover, even when it is provided on a part of the palm, the resin material is wasted if it is provided on an impractical part.

Furthermore, since conventional gloves are provided with conductive threads on the fingertips, the contact area with the touch panel increases, so if you do not pay attention to the position where the fingertip touches, you will accidentally press the next key, etc. There was a point.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to make it difficult to slip when holding a portable electronic device while saving resin material, and preferably to easily operate a touch panel with a fingertip without error.

The glove of this device has a fixed interval between a body knitted with non-conductive yarn, a touch part formed by knitting with conductive thread on any fingertip part, and a part of palm and finger part. A substantially strip-shaped anti-slip is provided substantially in parallel. In addition, the said substantially strip | belt-shaped anti-slip | skid includes the case where it is not only rectangular shape but approximate strip | belt shape by a shape or a pattern.

The glove of the present invention is the glove according to the above-mentioned device, wherein the anti-slip is between the middle phalangeal joint and the distal phalangeal joint with any one of the middle finger, ring finger, and little finger, and the distal node side from the little finger side to the middle finger side. And a second anti-slip provided substantially along the lifeline in the palm of the hand. In addition, when providing anti-slip | skid in the glove of a left hand, it is preferable to make it between a proximal phalangeal joint and a distal phalangeal joint.

The glove of the present invention is characterized in that, in the above-mentioned device, a corner portion is formed in the touch portion. The corner portion may be formed, for example, when a resin molded body having corners is provided on the fingertip and formed on the fingertip of the touch part, or by forming a conductive resin molded body having corners on the fingertip.

Moreover, the glove of this device is characterized in that, in the above device, the periphery of the proximal phalangeal joint of the index finger is knitted with a conductive thread, and a corner portion is formed in the portion.

The glove of the present invention is characterized in that, in the above-mentioned device, the corner portion of the touch portion is formed at the fingertip of the thumb.

In addition, the glove of the present invention includes a body knitted with a non-conductive thread, a touch part having a corner formed of a conductive resin at any fingertip part, and a part of a palm part and a finger part at regular intervals. And a substantially strip-shaped anti-slip is provided in parallel with each other.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a glove according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing a use state of the glove of the present invention. The glove 100 has a left hand for the left hand in the figure and a right hand for the right hand in the figure. The five fingertips 1 are knitted with conductive fibers, and the portions 2 other than the fingertips 1 of the main body are non-conductive fibers (ordinary fibers) Fiber). A portion of the fingertip 1 knitted with conductive yarn is referred to as a touch portion 3. Although not shown, not only the fingertip 1 but also a desired portion between the finger bases may be knitted with the conductive yarn.

On the palm side of the glove 100, non-slip 4 and 5 made of resin are printed. The slip stoppers 4 and 5 are provided at positions that contact the side surface S1 of the portable electronic device S having a size that can be grasped by one hand such as a so-called smartphone or the like. Resins used for the anti-slip 4 and 5 are silicon resin, vinyl chloride, natural rubber and the like. A right-handed user operates with the fingertip 1 of the right hand while holding the smartphone S with the left hand. For this purpose, anti-skids 4 and 5 are provided on the palm side of the left hand. The position where the first anti-slip 4 is provided is a portion corresponding to the middle finger joint of the glove 100, the ring finger, and the middle phalangeal joint 50 (preferably the proximal phalangeal joint 52) of the little finger to the distal phalangeal joint 51 on the little finger side. Inclined to the distal node side 52 from the middle finger side to the middle finger side. Further, the anti-slip 4 may be provided up to the index finger.

Moreover, the 2nd anti-slip | skid 5 is provided along the lifeline said by the palm of the palm. Although the anti-slip | skid 4,5 may be strip | belt shape, in order to give design property, you may comprise the anti-slip | skid 4,5 with various shapes and patterns. In this case, the shape and pattern are formed in a band-like range. For example, in the case of FIG. 1, the anti-slip | skid 4,5 is comprised with an argyle pattern. In addition, designs such as alphabets, stars, barcodes, pics and grams can be configured as non-slip 4,5. It should be noted that the design print can be made in areas other than the belt-like areas of the anti-slip 4 and 5, but most of the areas actually function as anti-slip.

Specifically, when a user with a general hand size wears the glove 100 and the glove 100 has a so-called smartphone S having a long square shape in the left hand, both side edges S1 of the smartphone S are The smartphone S is prevented from slipping by the frictional force in contact with the first slip stopper 4 and the second slip stopper 5. The width of the first anti-slip 4 and the second anti-slip 5 (in the case of a pattern or alphabet, the width with respect to the longitudinal direction in which the pattern or the like is formed) is preferably 10 mm or more and 20 mm or less. Within this range, even when users with various hand sizes wear the gloves 100, the smartphone S can be securely gripped. Thus, since the resin of the anti-slip | skid 4,5 was provided in the periphery of the part which is a part of gloves 100 and contact | abuts the said smart phone S when holding the smart phone S, since resin can be used efficiently, it is a waste of material There is no. Further, since the resin is used to the minimum necessary, it is not stiff when the glove 100 is used, and the degree of freedom of movement is not hindered.

As shown in FIG. 1, the touch unit 3 is provided on all the parts corresponding to the terminal nodes 52 of the fingertips 1. In addition, the touch part 3 may be provided only on the part where the toe is located, or may be provided only on the palm side of the terminal joint 52 (both not shown). Alternatively, only the fingertip 1 of the right hand may be knitted with a conductive yarn.

In using the glove 100, as shown in FIG. 2, the user puts on the glove 100 and holds the smartphone S with the left hand. At this time, the left and right edge S1 of the smartphone S abuts on the first anti-slip 4 and the second anti-slip 5, and the sliding between the smartphone S and the glove 100 is prevented by the frictional force. In this state, the touch panel T is suitable for the user. The user touches the touch panel T with the touch part 3 of the fingertip 1 of the glove 100 worn on the right hand. Since the recent touch panel T of the smartphone S is a capacitive type, the touch panel T can be operated by the touch unit 3.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing a glove according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. This glove 200 is characterized in that the shape of the touch part 3 knitted with the conductive thread of the fingertip 1 is formed into a beak shape having corners 6. Since the other configuration is the same as that of the glove 100 of the first embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted. A tip member 7 formed into a beak shape with a resin is sewn inside the touch portion 3. For this reason, since the touch part 3 becomes the shape of the front-end | tip member 7, the corner | angular part 6 is made in the touch part 3, and even when the gloves 100 are worn, the desired part of the touch panel T can be touched without error. Also, it is preferable that the beak-shaped tip member 7 is provided only on the touch part 3 of the index finger that will most likely make a fine touch. In this way, the corner 6 does not get in the way when the touch panel T is not operated.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, a corner portion 6 may be configured by attaching a beak-shaped tip member 8 formed of a conductive resin to the surface of the touch portion 3. The tip member 8 may be attached to all the fingertips 1 or may be attached only to the index finger as described above. Further, since the tip member 8 is made of a conductive resin, the fingertip 1 to which the tip member 8 is attached need not be knitted with a conductive yarn.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a pen-shaped plastic or silicon plate 9 may be attached to the part where the nail of the fingertip 1 is located from the inside. Thereby, since the corner | angular part 6 is formed in the touch part 3, it becomes easy to operate the touchscreen T. FIG.

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing a glove according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. The glove 300 has a configuration in which a distal end member 10 that forms a corner portion 6 at a portion around the proximal phalangeal joint 11 of the index finger is knitted with a conductive thread. When the finger is bent at the proximal phalangeal joint, the tip member 10 has a corner portion 6 as shown in FIG. Moreover, even if it is the finger | toe which gave the nail, the touch panel T can be operated, without using the fingertip 1. For this reason, the nail is not damaged or detached.

(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a glove according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention. This glove 400 is suitable when the smartphone S is operated with one hand. For example, when operating the smartphone S with a bag in one hand, the smartphone S is often held with the other hand and the touch panel T is operated with the thumb. For this reason, it is set as the touch part 3 which knit the fingertip 1 of the thumb of the glove 400 with the conductive thread. In addition, since the thumb is short, it is inconvenient to operate the entire touch panel T of the smartphone S, which is particularly difficult for women.

For this reason, in this glove 400, the beak-shaped tip member 12 is provided on the fingertip 1 of the thumb. The tip member 12 may be made of resin and provided on the back side of the touch unit 3 as in the above embodiment, or a tip made of conductive resin may be attached to the fingertip 1. Moreover, the anti-slip | skid 4,5 is provided in the glove 100 of a right hand at the substantially the same position as the said left hand. However, when operating with one hand, the way to hold the smartphone S is slightly different from the operation with both hands, so the position where the first anti-slip 4 is provided is from the middle finger joint 53 of the middle finger, ring finger, and little finger to the distal finger. When the joint is inclined to the end node side from the little finger side to the middle finger side up to the joint joint 51, the inclination is the direction in which the fingers are arranged. Further, the anti-slip 4 may be provided up to the index finger. In addition, the second anti-slip 5 is provided so as to be inclined substantially along the lifeline referred to as a palm, but this inclination and the second anti-slip 5 are also inclined in the longitudinal direction of the finger.

FIG. 9 is an explanatory view showing a use state of the glove. The user puts on the gloves 400 and grasps the smartphone S with the right hand. At this time, the left and right edge S1 of the smartphone S abuts on the first anti-slip 4 and the second anti-slip 5, and the slip between the smartphone S and the glove 400 is prevented by the frictional force. In this state, the touch panel T is suitable for the user. The user touches the touch panel T with the touch part 3 of the thumb of the glove 100 worn on the right hand. Since the touch panel T is a capacitive type, the touch panel T can be operated by the touch unit 3. Further, when the corner portion 6 is formed in the touch portion 3 of the thumb, the thumb can easily reach the entire surface of the touch panel T, so that even a woman with a small hand can easily operate the smartphone S with one hand.
