(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 発ID転送機能を持った交換機と,利用
者要求情報収集機能と通信機能とを備えたプログラムの
動作が可能な端末と,端末の発IDを蓄積管理し,これ
をもとにコールバックし,接続IDリストと情報収集フ
ァイルとを上記端末との間で送受信する機能とを備えた
大量要求受付センタからなる情報通信システムにおい
て,大量要求受付センタは端末1〜nから大量要求受付
センタへ同時発呼時,各端末からの発IDを交換機を介
して受信し,これらを蓄積管理し,次にコールバックに
より前記発IDをもとに交換機を介して端末1に発呼
し,接続する端末群のIDリストと情報収集ファイルと
を転送し,更に発IDリストとその後の発ID受信とに
より端末間の情報収集の進行を管理する手段をそなえ,
端末1は前記プログラムにより内部に要求者があらかじ
め登録した要求情報を情報収集ファイルに格納した後、
大量要求受付センタと端末1との接続を切断する手段
と,先に大量要求受付センタから通知されたIDリスト
をもとに端末2に対して交換機を介して発呼し,接続先
1Dリストと前記情報収集ファイルとを端末2へ転送し
た後,端末1から端末2との接続を切断すると同時に大
量要求受付センタへ,端末1から端末2へのIDリス
ト,情報収集ファイルの転送の終了を示す発IDを送信
する手段とをそなえ,上記端末1の動作を端末2〜端末
nで繰り返し,端末nが最終的に大量要求受付センタへ
収集情報を転送する手段を持つことを特徴とする発ID
送信機能を用いた大量同時要求制御処理システム。
