前記筒状体の内側方向であって、且つ前記筒状体における幅方向の中央付近の前記表板及び前記裏板に設置される伸縮構造体と、
前記筒状体の下端部における前記表板及び前記裏板に設置される底部とを備え、
前記筒状体の前記両側端が近接する方向に前記伸縮構造体に設置される弾性部材が付勢することで、
前記伸縮構造体の脚部が前記筒状体を外側方向へ円弧状に膨出するように押し広げるとともに前記底部を広げ自立可能とし、
