Description
The present invention relates to painting during sheet metal repair.
In painting when repairing sheet metal, paint is sprayed onto the painted surface with a spray gun for painting.
Manufacturers use the electrostatic coating device to efficiently apply the coating rate to the painted surface, but the electrostatic coating device is very expensive and requires a large installation area. It is difficult to paint, usually using a spray gun at a painting booth.
For this reason, the ratio that the paint sprayed from the spray gun scatters without adhering to the painted surface becomes very large, which adversely affects the human body and the environment.
In recent years, some spray guns have built-in static electricity generators, but sheet metal repair shops generally own and use multiple spray guns according to their applications, and they must purchase multiple new spray guns. .
Since the spray gun incorporates a static electricity generator in the conventional spray gun, the size of the spray gun is increased, and the price is higher than that of the conventional spray gun.
In addition, the spray gun takes power from an outlet, but a painting booth or the like usually has no outlet, and power must be supplied by an extension cord or the like.
In addition, since the spray gun operates with high-pressure air, a hose that supplies high-pressure air must be connected and the power cord must be pulled to walk.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrostatic generator for a spray gun that can be easily attached to and detached from an existing spray gun without requiring an outlet.
In the present invention, a battery is used as a power source for generating voltage, a pocket-sized power source that generates high voltage, and a pin-type crimp terminal is used as an electrode, and the core of a shielded single-core cable is crimped to the pin-type crimp terminal. To do.
The pin-type crimp terminal is inserted into a resin holder so that the pin portion of the pin-type crimp terminal protrudes about 9 mm from the end face of the holder.
The shield wire of the shielded single-core cable is bonded to the surface of the pin-shaped crimp terminal protruding from the outside of the holder and the 90 ° surface with copper foil tape, and one side of the hook-and-loop fastener belt is fixed to the holder.
The pin of the pin-type crimp terminal is directed to the spray gun tip ring in the spray gun discharge direction, and a hook-and-loop fastener belt is wrapped so that the surface of the copper foil tape is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the ring.
The present invention is used by being attached to a spray gun for painting repair in a sheet metal repair shop.

1 and 2, the core wire (3) of the shielded one-core cable (2) is crimped to the pin-shaped crimp terminal (1a).
The pin-type crimp terminal (1a) is inserted such that the pin (1b) protrudes about 9 mm from the end face of the holder (4a).

Thereby, a nozzle (9b) will be in a conductive state with a shield (5) through a copper foil tape (6).
When the switch of the power supply box (7) embedded in a pocket or the like is turned on, the pin (1b) of the pin-type crimp terminal (1a) and the nozzle (9b) connected to the shield (5) An electric field is generated.
When the paint is ejected from the nozzle (9b), electrostatic paint can be performed by charging the ejected paint to pass through the electric field.
As described above, since the electrostatic coating can be performed simply by attaching the electrostatic generator according to the present invention to the spray gun of the present invention with the attached surface fastener belt as described above, an expensive electrostatic coating apparatus is installed in a general sheet metal repair factory.
