【発明の効果】本発明の接合構造では、シャフト外周面
とシャフト挿入孔内周壁とを接着するのみならず、シャ
フト挿入孔内に存するピン状突起の外周面とシャフト内
周面とを接着しているので、シャフト外周面とシャフト
挿入孔内周壁のみを接着する場合に比べてシャフトとヘ
ッドとの接着部の面積が著しく増大し、その結果シャフ
トとヘッドとの接合力が大きく向上する。また、本発明
の接合構造では、シャフト先端部に特殊な加工を施すこ
となくヘッドとシャフトとを接合できるので、シャフト
先端部の構造的強度が低下することを防ぐことができ
る。したがって、本発明によれば、ヘッドとシャフトと
の接着スパンが短い場合でも、シャフト先端部の構造的
強度を低下させることなくヘッドとシャフトとを強固に
固定することができ、ヘッド抜け事故、シャフト折損事
故を防止することが可能である。

構造のホゼル部を有するゴルフクラブヘッドとシャフト
との接合構造であって、底壁体の上面中央部にピン状突
起が突設されてなる固定部材の底壁体をクラブヘッドの
シャフト挿入孔の下側開口部周壁に固定することによ
り、シャフト挿入孔内にピン状突起が挿入された状態で
シャフト挿入孔の下側開口部が前記底壁体で閉塞されて
いるとともに、シャフト挿入孔に挿入したシャフトの中
空部に前記ピン状突起が挿入され、シャフト外周面とシ
ャフト挿入孔内周壁及びシャフト内周面とピン状突起外
周面とがそれぞれ接着剤により接着されていることを特
徴とするゴルフクラブのヘッドとシャフトとの接合構
造。
