In addition, a method of connecting a ceiling bar 1 having a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, which is held behind the ceiling and mounts and holds the end of the ceiling plate 3 at a lower horizontal piece 2, to a fixing member 9. The ceiling bar 1 is composed of an upper beam 4, a vertical piece 5, and a lower horizontal piece 2, which are formed in series by bending a metal plate. Is formed, and a projection 8 is formed on the lower horizontal piece 2 so that the projection 8 and the vertical piece 5
A lower groove 7 is formed between the vertical pieces 5 on the outer surface side of the protrusion 8.
The farther away from the fixture , the lower the slope is formed, the ceiling bar 1 is arranged in abutting manner so as to be substantially orthogonal to the fixing member 9, and the mounting portion 11 on one end side of the L-shaped joiner 10 in plan view is fixed to the fixing member 9. And the connection piece 12 of the joiner 10 is inserted from the side of the ceiling bar 1 so that the upper end of the connection piece 12 is formed in the upper groove 6.
And the lower end thereof is engaged with the lower groove 7 beyond the projection 8, and then the connecting claw 13 formed in a bent state on the connecting piece 12 is extended and deformed, and the connecting claw 13 is moved into the upper groove 6. It is characterized by being engaged in.

As described above, the ceiling bar 1 is composed of the upper beam 4 and the vertical piece 5.
And a lower end horizontal piece 2, which are formed in series by bending a metal plate, an upper groove 6 is formed on the lower surface side of the upper rail 4, and the lower end horizontal piece 2 is closer to the vertical piece 5. By forming the lower groove 7 on the upper surface side and forming the protrusion 8 on the outer side of the lower groove 7, the joiner 10 is formed.
The upper groove 6 and the lower groove are inserted by using the elastic deformation of the ceiling bar 1 formed by bending the metal plate and the elastic deformation of the projection 8 by inserting the connection piece 12 from the side of the ceiling bar 1. The ceiling bar 1 can be easily connected to the ceiling bar 1 from the side. In particular, the further away from the vertical piece 5 on the outer surface of the projection 8,
Because of the low slope, the ceiling bar 1
When the connection is made by the Euner 10, the connection piece 12
The ends are engaged with the upper groove 6, and the ceiling bar 1 and the joiner 10 are joined.
While utilizing the elastic deformation of

Then, the plate-shaped connecting piece 12 of the joiner 10 is inserted from the side of the ceiling bar 1 so that the upper end of the connecting piece 12 is engaged with the upper groove 6 and the lower end of the lower end of the lower groove 7 is over the projection 8. To get involved. In such a case, the vertical piece 5 and the lower horizontal piece 2 of the ceiling bar 1 are engaged in the upper groove 6 and the lower groove 7 by utilizing the elastic deformation of the lower end horizontal piece 2 and the elastic deformation of the protrusion 8. The ceiling bar 1 can be easily connected from the side. Thereafter, the connecting claw 13 formed in the bent state on the connecting piece 12 is pinched and extended by a tool 15 as shown in FIG. 3B, and the connecting claw 13 is engaged with the upper groove 6 to be connected. Is to be performed firmly. FIG. 5 shows another embodiment, in which a gentle slope 17 is formed on the outside of the projection 8 and a steep slope is formed on the inside, so that the connecting piece 12 is easily inserted and hard to come off.

2. A method of connecting a ceiling bar having a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, which is held at the back of a ceiling and mounts and holds an end portion of a ceiling plate at a lower horizontal piece, to a fixing member, comprising: Is formed from an upper beam, a vertical piece and a lower horizontal piece, and these are formed in series by bending a metal plate, an upper groove is formed on the lower surface side of the upper beam, and a projection is formed on the lower horizontal piece. The shape
The lower groove is formed between the protrusion and the vertical piece,
On the surface side, a slope that becomes lower as it is away from the vertical piece is formed, the ceiling bar is arranged in abutting manner so as to be substantially orthogonal to the fixing material, and the mounting portion at one end side of the L-shaped joiner in plan view is fixed material. And the connecting piece of the joiner is inserted from the side of the ceiling bar so that the upper end of the connecting piece is engaged with the upper groove, and the lower end of the connecting piece is engaged with the lower groove beyond the projection and then connected. A method of connecting a ceiling bar, wherein a connection claw formed in a bent state on a piece is extended and deformed to engage the connection claw in an upper groove.
