玩具本体に1対の弾き片を設け、該弾き片間に球体を収容するとともに、弾き片の後方から上記球体を強制的に押し出すことによって弾き片の先端をその弾発力に抗して拡開させ、弾性復元力によって弾き片の先端から球体を弾き出す、以下の要件を備えることを特徴とする球体発射玩具。
(イ)上記球体発射玩具は上記弾き片の弾発力を制御する弾発制御機構を備えたこと
(ロ)上記弾き片の後端にはそれぞれ係合片を突出して設けたこと
(ハ)上記弾発制御機構は上記係合片の間を上下動可能な制御板を備え、該制御板は玩具本体を遊戯面に接地させたときには上動して上記係合片の内側に係合し、遊戯面から離反させたときには下動して上記係合片との係合が解除されること
