Description
The present invention relates to a disc tray, and in particular, a disc that is manufactured from a reusable material that does not pollute the environment, and that can easily fix and remove an optical disc, and prevents the disc tray from being damaged by being caught. Related to the tray.
Many of the optical disks on the market where video and music are recorded are sold with storage cases. Therefore, the aspect of the storage case and the display effect potentially affect the sales of the optical disc.
The conventional optical disk storage case needs to provide a storage space, and prevents the optical disk data reading area from coming into contact with the optical disk storage case or the optical disk from being accidentally dropped and damaged when the storage case is opened. Therefore, it is necessary to fix the circular hole portion or the side portion provided in the central portion of the optical disc with a plurality of plastic fingers (for example,
Most of the mechanisms for holding the optical disk are made of a plastic material having high toughness. Since a large number of optical disk storage cases made of plastic are manufactured every year, the adverse effects on the environment were very large. For this reason, the number of optical disk storage cases manufactured from materials such as paper that do not pollute the environment has gradually increased.
Patent Documents 4 to 7 disclose optical disc storage cases manufactured using paper as a material. However, since it is as thin as an envelope, there is a risk that it will not meet the standards generally available on the market.
The following describes a technique that uses paper as the main material in conformity with the generally available standard.
As disclosed in Patent Document 8 and Patent Document 9, an optical disk storage case manufactured using paper as a material is basically provided with a space for storing an optical disk, but has a mechanism for holding the optical disk. Absent. The main reason for not having a mechanism for fastening the optical disk is that the toughness of the paper is low.
The optical disk storage case disclosed in Patent Document 10 is manufactured because paper is used as a material, and a bellows provided on the side has a space for storing the optical disk, and is not provided with a mechanism for holding the optical disk. There was a risk of falling ready.
The optical disk storage case disclosed in Patent Document 11 is manufactured by paper, and is cut after a large area paper sheet is bent to form the optical disk storage case. However, the design is complicated and the manufacturing process is complicated. The cost increased. In Patent Document 11, in order to fix the optical disk, the optical disk is fixed by a plurality of plastic fingers. Moreover, patent document 12 and patent document 13 are manufactured by the same method. Most of the optical disk storage boxes are made of paper, but since the design for fastening the optical disk has not been solved, plastic is used for the mechanism for fastening the optical disk.
In the paperboard manufacturing method of Patent Document 14, as disclosed in FIGS. 3 to 8, a large-area paper sheet is cut and then bent to form an optical disk storage case. 9 to 13, press-molded plastic or paper is used. In Patent Document 14, as disclosed in FIGS. 3 to 13, the optical disk is inserted into two slits (undercut / slot) provided on the side of the optical disk storage case. A detailed description of inserting an optical disk into the slit is not disclosed. Here, since the two slits are provided in the angular wall provided on the side (for example, one slit provided in the central portion of the square wall), as shown in the drawing, two slits are provided. When placing the optical disk in the slit, it is necessary to adjust the placing force. In addition, since the two slits are provided at an intermediate portion of the square wall provided on the side portion, when the paper is used as the material, it is easily damaged. As disclosed in Patent Document 14, when an optical disk is taken out or placed, the optical disk storage case must be bent outward. However, this method does not match the usage habits of general consumers. Further, as shown in FIGS. 14 to 23, the central circular hole provided in the central portion of the optical disc is fastened with a protrusion provided in the center, but the protrusion provided in the center is made of paper. There was a risk of easy damage.
As disclosed in Patent Document 15, the manufacturing method of the optical disk storage case made of paper is basically the same as the manufacturing method of a general paper carton. A space for placing the optical disk is provided, and two paperboards ( An arm is provided by folding the side of the panel. The optical disk can be pressed by four projections provided on the arm. However, this design pollutes the environment, contacts the two paper cartons when removing and storing the optical disc, and because paper is used as the main material of the four protrusions, When the optical disk is taken out or stored, the four protrusions are easily worn, and there is a possibility that the optical disk becomes difficult to fix after being used for a certain period.
Therefore, there is a need for an optical disc storage box that is mainly manufactured from paper and that allows easy loading and unloading of the optical disc, and that can fix the optical disc and prevent the optical disc from being caught in the storage box and damaging the disc tray. It was.

Embodiments of a disc tray according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(First embodiment)
Please refer to FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the
The low
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
In the first embodiment, the height h of the
Please refer to FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the disc tray according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a sheet material 1a (sheet) in which the state before molding does not contaminate one environment. The sheet material 1a is mainly made of plant fibers (for example, paper fibers, grass fibers, etc. added with quick setting materials such as gypsum). As shown in FIG. 3, after cutting the
The
The
Here, the
The steps for placing the
As shown in FIG. 5, when the
When the user removes the
The second projecting
