As shown in FIG. 2A, the applicator main body 2 includes an exterior member 21, a shaft member 4, and a base portion 6 to be described later. Further, the base portion 6 is provided with a screwing female portion 24, and the screwing female portion 24 is configured to be screwed with a screwing male portion 35 provided in the container body 3 to be described later.
The exterior member 21 is configured to cover the upper portion of the shaft member 4 and is formed of a reflective member.
The shaft member 4 includes a shaft portion 41 and a brush 5. The shaft portion 41 is formed in a rod shape, and is accommodated in an accommodating portion 31 (described later) of the container body 3 when attached to the container body 3. The brush 5 is attached to the shaft portion 41 and is accommodated in the accommodation space 34 of the container body 3 when attached to the container body 3.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the container body 3 is formed in a rectangular tube shape, and an accommodating portion 31 capable of accommodating a cosmetic liquid is formed therein. An opening is provided at one end of the accommodating portion 31. The container main body 3 includes a connecting portion 32 connected to the applicator main body 2 and a tube 33 attached to the connecting portion 32.

The accommodating part 31 is formed in a hollow shape whose one end is opened so as to become the accommodating space 34 when the connecting part 32 is attached. Moreover, the accommodating part 31 is formed of the transparent member. For this reason, the user can visually recognize the stored state of the brush and the stored state of the brush in a state where the applicator main body 2 is attached to the container main body 3. In addition, a mirror m is provided outside the accommodating portion 31. The user performs a coating operation using the mirror m.

The connecting portion 32 has a hollow cylindrical portion that is open at both ends. The cylindrical portion is formed with a threaded male portion 35 on the outer peripheral surface. Moreover, the connection part 32 is formed of the reflection member. For this reason, the connection part 32 can reflect the light from LED7.

Next, the internal structure of the exterior member 21 of the applicator main body 2 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3A and 3B are views showing a state in which the exterior member 21 is removed from the applicator main body 2, wherein FIG. 3A is a perspective view, FIG. 3B is a plan view of FIG. 3A, and FIG. , (D) is a perspective view showing the shaft member 4 and the conductive piece 12. FIG. 4 is a view showing a mechanism for causing the LED 7 to emit light. FIG. 4A is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the container 1 cut so as to be orthogonal to the conductive piece 12, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a state where the applicator body 2 and the container body 3 are unscrewed.

As shown in FIG. 3A, the applicator main body 2 further includes a shaft member 4, a base portion 6, an LED 7, and a cap portion 9 as shown in a state where the exterior member 21 is removed from the applicator main body 2. And a conductive piece 12, as shown in FIG. 3C, a battery 8 and a spring 10 (elastic body).

The base portion 6 is made of resin, and is formed in a hollow shape so that an engagement claw 45 and the like of the shaft member 4 which will be described later can be connected therein. The base portion main body 61, the first cylindrical portion 62, and the second cylindrical portion 63 are connected to each other. Prepare.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the base body 61 has a quadrangular shape that can be accommodated in the exterior member 21. Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, the base portion main body 61 includes an LED receiving hole 611 and a screwed female corresponding to the screwed male portion 35 of the connecting portion 32 as shown in FIG. Part 24.
As shown in FIG. 3C, 611 accommodates the LED 7, and has a function of guiding light downward of the applicator main body 2 as shown in FIG.

The first cylindrical portion 62 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a smaller diameter than the base portion main body 61, and includes an engagement opening 621 and a through hole 622.
As shown in FIGS. 3 (a), 4 (a) and 4 (b), the engagement opening 621 is engaged with an engagement claw 45 of a shaft member 4 which will be described later. It is formed in a size that can move upward.
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the through hole 622 is formed to have a size that allows the conductive piece 12 to pass through the first cylindrical portion 62.

The second cylindrical portion 63 has a cylindrical shape smaller in diameter than the first cylindrical portion 62 and is formed in a size corresponding to the battery 8 inside. Further, a top opening 631 is provided at the top of the second cylindrical portion 63. The top opening 631 is formed in such a size that the cap 9 serving as an electrode of the LED 7 can be exposed through the battery 8.

An LED (Light Emitting Diode) 7 is configured as a light emitting diode (light emitting unit) in which a first lead wire and a second lead wire are integrally molded on a semiconductor chip with a transparent resin.

As shown in FIGS. 2 (c) and 3 (b), two are provided at positions facing the base portion 6. In addition, the LED 7 is fixed to the LED housing hole 611 and connected to the battery 8 through the cap portion 9 and the conductive piece 12 by the lead wire 11 to be described later, so that the power supply from the battery 8 is received. It is configured to be lit. In addition, when the LED 7 is turned on, light (shown by a one-dot chain line in FIG. 1C) passes through the LED housing hole 611 to the outside of the applicator main body 2 as shown in FIG. Irradiated. Moreover, lighting and extinguishing of LED7 are comprised so that it may respond to screwing operation. For this reason, the light of the lit LED 7 is applied to the connecting portion 32 of the container body 3 and reflected by the screw release operation of the applicator body 2 and the container body 3. Therefore, an aesthetic feeling can be given to the user by the screwing operation.

Further, when storing the brush 5 in the container body 3, the light of the lit LED 7 can irradiate the opening portion to the tube 33 (the entrance of the storage destination of the brush 5), which facilitates the storing operation of the user. To do. Further, at the time of the screwing operation after the container main body 3 of the applicator main body 2 is stored, the LED 7 is turned off to notify the user that the screwing operation is completed.

The first lead wire 11 </ b> A and the second lead wire 11 </ b> B molded integrally with the light emitting diode as the LED 7 have a predetermined rigidity and are connected to the positive electrode side and the negative electrode of the LED 7. The end portion on the positive electrode side of the first lead wire 11A is soldered to the cap portion 9. Further, the end portion on the negative electrode side of the second lead wire 11 </ b> B is soldered to the conductive piece 12. In addition, since the conductive piece 12 is soldered by the second lead wire 11B having a predetermined rigidity, the position of the conductive piece 12 can be maintained. For this reason, the 2nd lead wire 11B functions so that the conductive piece 12 may move and an unnecessary contact with the battery 8 may be prevented.

Further, the second lead wire 11B that connects the LED 7 and the conductive piece 12 is connected by bending the surplus length as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) to 3 (c). For this reason, even if an impact or the like is applied, the conductive piece 12 moves by the extra length of the second lead wire 11B, and the force such as the impact is buffered. Therefore, the battery 8 and the conductive piece 12 are not inadvertently contacted and the LED 7 does not emit light. In addition, since the moving range of the conductive piece 12 is determined by the second lead wire 11B, it is not necessary to set the size of the through hole 622 strictly. Therefore, the base part 6 in which the through hole 622 is formed is provided. High production accuracy is never required.

As shown in FIG. 3C, the battery 8 is a button type battery that serves as a power source for the LED 7. The battery 8 is connected to the positive electrode of the LED 7 through the cap portion 9, the spring 10, and the first lead wire 11A, and is connected to the negative electrode of the LED 7 through the conductive piece 12 and the second lead wire 11B.

The cap portion 9 has a metal cap shape, and the battery 8 and the LED 7 are connected via the spring 10 and the first lead wire 11A. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3C, the cap portion 9 has the base portion 6 so as to be exposed from the top opening 631 by engaging the collar portion with the peripheral edge portion of the top opening 631. It is attached. The cap portion 9 is soldered with the first lead wire 11A.

The spring 10 is a metal spring material provided between the cap portion 9 and the battery 8, and biases the battery 8 downward (in the direction of the conductive piece 12 and the shaft member 4 in FIG. 3C). That is, the spring 10 biases the battery 8 and, as a result, maintains the connection state between the battery 8 and the conductive piece 12.

The conductive piece 12 is made of metal and is formed in a flat plate shape as shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the conductive piece 12 is exposed from the first cylindrical portion 62 in the attached state of the first cylindrical portion 62 at both ends, and is connected to the second lead wire 11B by soldering. 12a (second light emitting part connecting part). Further, one side of the connecting portion 12 a is formed larger than the through hole 622. For this reason, in the state penetrated to the 1st cylindrical part 62, while one side of the electrically conductive piece 12 functions as a retainer in order to prevent the drop-off from the 1st cylindrical part 62, it functions as positioning in soldering etc.

Next, the shaft member 4 further includes a base 42. Details of the base 42 will be described with reference to FIG.
The base portion 42 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a shaft portion 41 is provided at one end. The base portion 42 includes a recess 44, a protrusion 43 (connection release protrusion), and an engaging claw 45 on the other end side of the shaft portion 41.

The protrusion 43 is formed so as to protrude from the top of the base 42. As shown in FIG. 4A, in the screwed state of the applicator main body 2 and the container main body 3, it is positioned above the conductive piece 12 and is configured to contact the urged battery 8. .

The recess 44 is formed by cutting out the top of the base 42. In a state where the conductive piece 12 is located inside, the conductive piece 12 is formed in such a size as not to be exposed from the top.

The engaging claw 45 is provided at a symmetrical position on the side of the base 42 corresponding to the engaging opening 621. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the engaging claw 45 is engaged with the engaging opening 621 of the first cylindrical portion 62, so that the base portion 42 is detached from the first cylindrical portion 62. And has a function of regulating the vertical movement range of the base portion 42 in accordance with the size of the engagement opening 621.

Next, assembly of the applicator main body 2 will be described.
First, the assembling of the applicator main body 2 is performed by attaching the cap portion 9 inside the second cylindrical portion 63 so that the top portion of the cap portion 9 is exposed from the top opening 631 with the base portion 6 reversed.

Next, the spring 10 is disposed in the concave portion of the cap portion 9. Further, the battery 8 is disposed on the spring 10. Then, the shaft member 4 is attached to the base body 61 inside. That is, the engagement claw 45 of the shaft member 4 is engaged with the engagement opening 621 of the base portion main body 61. From this state, the conductive piece 12 is disposed through the recess 44 of the base 42.

Next, the LED 7 is attached to the LED housing hole 611.
Next, the end on the positive electrode side of the first lead wire 11 </ b> A is soldered to the cap portion 9, and the end on the positive electrode side of the second lead wire 11 </ b> B is soldered to the conductive piece 12. In other words, assembling of the applicator main body 2 is performed when all the internal parts are assembled.
Finally, the exterior member 21 is attached to the base portion 6.

As described above, in the container 1 to be assembled (specifically, the applicator main body 2), since the soldering is performed when all the internal parts are assembled, the assembling operation is facilitated. Moreover, in the storage container 1, in order to solder to the part (the top part of the cap part 9, and the edge part of the electrically conductive piece 12) exposed from the base part 6, and further protruding, it solders in an internal location. Compared with the case, the workability of soldering can be improved.

Next, the operation of turning on / off the LED 7 accommodated in the exterior member 21 will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the protrusion 43 is in contact with the battery 8 when the applicator main body 2 and the container main body 3 are screwed together. In this state, the LED 7 is connected to the battery 8 via the lead wire 11, the cap portion 9, and the spring 10 in the positive electrode, but on the negative electrode side, the conductive piece 12 connected to the lead wire 11 is connected to the battery. Since it is not connected to 8, it does not conduct and does not light up. That is, in the recess 44, the recess 44 is located at a position where the conductive piece 12 is accommodated. For this reason, since the conductive piece 12 is not connected to the battery 8, the LED 7 is not lit. Further, the protrusion 43 pushes up the battery 8 against the urging force of the spring 10, so that the connection state between the conductive piece 12 and the battery 8 is further broken.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4B, in the screw release state of the applicator main body 2 and the container main body 3, the screw engagement is released and the base portion 42 moves downward. For this reason, the battery 8 biased by the spring 10 and the conductive piece 12 are connected. By connecting the battery 8 and the conductive piece 12, the negative electrode side of the LED 7 is connected to the battery 8 via the second lead wire 11 </ b> B and the conductive piece 12. .

The container 1 configured as described above can reliably turn on the LED 7 even in the unscrewed state, and can maintain the lighting state of the LED 7.

As mentioned above, although suitable embodiment of the storage container 1 which concerns on this invention was described, the storage container 1 which concerns on this invention can be implemented with a various form, without being limited to embodiment mentioned above.

In the present embodiment, the container main body 3 and the applicator main body 2 are connected by screwing operation, but the present invention is not limited to this. The connection between the container main body 3 and the applicator main body 2 can be maintained in the connected state, and the protrusion 43 is provided so that the connection state between the battery and the conductive piece 12 can be released against the biasing force of the spring 10 by the connecting operation. What is necessary is just to be able to move.

Moreover, the liquid accommodated in the container main body 3 is not limited to cosmetics such as gloss. For example, an adhesive or the like may be used as long as it can be applied by an applicator. In addition, the liquid is not limited to the presence or absence of fluidity, and may be liquid (for example, a paste). The liquid should not be such that it will dry in the exposed state.
