Description

The present invention relates to the handling of sewing needles used at the time of sewing, and more particularly, to prevention of dropout and loss of waiting needles.

Conventionally, there is a technique used in hand-sewing work to temporarily prevent a cloth from slipping by inserting several waiting needles into a cloth that has been cut and overlapped for indicating sewing. This waiting needle is removed as soon as the work is completed and stored in another place, but a device that attaches a colored ball to the head of the needle so that it does not fall off during the needlework and can be found immediately even if it falls off. It has been subjected. For one thing, even if the wait needle sews the woven fabric and moves forward, the ball is fixed so that it cannot pass through the stitches, so the wait needle cannot move forward and stops at that position to prevent it from falling off. For example, even if it falls out and is missing, the needle itself is difficult to see but is easily found due to the colored balls on the head (for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). In addition, there is also an object in which the tip of the waiting needle is covered with a cap for the purpose of preventing injury due to the tip and preventing the waiting needle from falling off (Patent Document 3).

In the previous paragraph, the technology related to the current waiting needle was described, but the similar prior art documents related to the current waiting needle are as follows.
Patent Publication (Patent Publication 2002-142816) Summary: When a sewing needle or a town needle slips down from a cloth or finds a needle, it is possible to immediately collect it without losing sight of where the needle is.
Solution: A metal collecting ring in which a stone gripping portion is formed on the outer periphery of a ring, and a permanent magnet having a flat surface is fitted to the stone gripping portion so that the flat surface is outside.
Patent Publication (Patent Publication 2001-029111) Summary: In the sewing process, thread is passed through a small hole in the needle, and after sewing or bending or attaching a button, a thread is formed again and the thread is cut off from the needle. These tasks are difficult to do for people with low vision or clumsiness. Also, conventional short metal needles are easy to lose and are dangerous. Many trousers and gusset needles were used to hem the sleeves, but they were short, easy to come off, and hurt if they touched the skin. Detailed work is also required when making or attaching a belt stop. There is a danger in the safety pin when attaching a name tag apart from sewing. The object of the present invention is to solve these drawbacks simultaneously.
SOLUTION: One end of the linear body is formed in a sharp shape as a piercing portion (1) having a hardness that can be pierced into the fabric (6), and a linear portion of a portion that functions as a thread up to the other end is formed (2 ) And the other end as a stopper (3) such as a ball shape, a bowl shape, a ring shape, or a flat plate shape, or the other end remains linear.
Patent publication (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-204714) Summary: To provide a needle with a cap that eliminates the risk of the needle tip sticking into the human body or objects.
SOLUTION: A cap needle having a groove 4 provided in an opening of a cap 3, a knob portion 1 provided with a needle 2, and an arcuate arm 6 provided in a cylindrical cap 3.

One of the current sewing techniques is the non-pointed end of the sewing needle to temporarily fix the multiple fabrics so that they do not shift and the shape of the cut fabrics does not collapse. There is a work technique in which a small ball is fixed to the (tip) and a large number of sewing needles in a form in which the sewing needle does not easily fall off during use are referred to as waiting needles. However, the waiting needles that have been used in the past are in a form that is likely to cause a work mistake that causes the small needles to be inadvertently hooked or pulled due to the sewing thread during the hand-sewing operation or due to the working operation. The present invention intends to solve the problem of the defect that causes this work error.

The present invention uses the following means in order to solve the above problems.
1. A small circular spring 10 is formed by winding a resilient metal wire having a diameter of about 1 mmφ of the same diameter as that of the sewing needle 1 and having a length of about 20 cm to 30 cm at the center, An elongated U-shape is formed by the metal wires 2 and 2 'having the same length on the left and right. The left and right metal wires 2 and 2 ′ are not parallel due to the elasticity of the small circular spring 10 in the portion corresponding to the bottom of the U shape, and two metal wires 2 and 2 ′ centered on the small circular spring 10 are provided. Becomes a shape having an opening angle of about 45 ± 5 ° in a divergent manner toward the tip. This shape is a U-shape formed by a metal wire when no external force is applied.
2. One of the two left and right metal wires 2 and 2 ′ holding the opening of about 45 ± 5 ° is placed near the small circular spring 10, that is, near the bottom of the formed U-shape. And cut.
3. The length of the metal wire 2 'that has been cut off and replaced is replaced with the sewing needle 1 of the same length, and the cutting portion of the metal wire shortened by cutting and the tip portion of the sewing needle (the end portion that is not the tip) ) Is slightly overlapped with each other in the longitudinal direction, and the overlapped portion is filled and fixed so that the overlapping portion cannot be fused, rotated, or detached. In addition, the overlapping portion between the cut portion of the metal wire 2 ′ and the tip portion of the sewing needle is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the small circular spring 10 (the direction in which the circle can be seen). About the direction of this arrangement | sequence, it demonstrates that it becomes an important point on operation in the below-mentioned usage example. In addition, the overlapping portion is made to be conspicuous even in a dark portion by making the surface non-smooth and covering it with plastic, leather, hardware, etc., and applying a fluorescent substance or the like.
4). A hollow tube 3 into which the tip of the metal wire 2 can be tightly inserted is attached and fixed to the tip of the other metal wire 2. The hollow tube 3 is bent into a U shape, and the bending direction is parallel to the surface of the small circular spring 10 described above.
5). A stopper 5 is attached to the hollow tube 3 so that the sewing needle can be securely stored when the sewing needle is stored in the sewing needle storage bulge portion 4.
6). A bag-like cover that is open at the front, rear, left and right is attached to the side of the hollow tube 3 forming the U-shape where the metal wire is not inserted, and is fixed as the sewing needle storage bulge 4.
7). When the sewing needle 1 is housed in the sewing needle storage bulge portion 4, the pointed portion of the sewing needle 1 is not directly brought into contact with the bottom of the sewing needle storage bulge portion 4 so that the pointed end of the sewing needle 1 is not scratched. Is provided on the bottom portion of the sewing needle storage bulge portion 4 so that the needle tip protection convex portion 8 is provided. In this case, the sewing needle is pressed against the apex of the sewing needle tip protecting convex portion 4 by the elasticity of the small circular spring 10.

In the past, when moving a cloth with a needle in the middle of sewing work, it may fall off naturally, and there was also a mistake that the sewing thread caught the ball on the head of the needle and pulled it out. When used, there was no such defect.

Even if you use many needles at once, there is no risk of hurting your fingers with the needle tip, stepping on the waiting needle without notice, piercing the sole of the foot, breaking the risk of entering the body, etc. lost.

Due to the structure of the waiting needle of the present invention, it is impossible to proceed to the next work unless it is completely removed from the cloth, so there is no phenomenon such as a misplaced waiting needle in the finished kimono product. I don't get it.

By cutting the cloth and waiting for the needle at the same time, the work of cutting and waiting for the needle need not be troubled twice, and the working time was shortened.

Therefore, it can be easily used for postage and giveaways.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In FIG. 1, a small circular spring 10 is formed by winding a metal wire having the same thickness as that of the sewing needle 1 at the central portion of the length, and both ends of the metal wire are connected to the metal wire 2 in FIG. As in the case of the sewing needle 1, elasticity is given in the direction of opening toward the end. Therefore, if an external force is not applied to the metal wire 2 and the sewing needle 1, the end spread state as shown in FIG. 4 is a normal state.

The metal wire 2 and the metal wire 2 ′ have the same length with the small circular spring 10 as the center, but the tip end surface is cut at the position of the slip prevention portion 6 of the metal wire 2 ′. Replacing the cut metal wire 2 ′ with the sewing needle 1 and preventing the slippage so that the length of the metal wire 2 and the length of the metal wire 2 ′ + the length of the sewing needle are substantially equal. At position 6, it is fixed by the weld 7 so that it cannot be rotated or detached. The purpose of replacing the cut end portion of the metal wire 2 ′ with the sewing needle 1 is that there is a risk of scuffing or cutting the fabric fibers even if the tip of the metal wire 2 is sharpened like the sewing needle 1. The purpose of wire 2 (holding hollow tube 3) and the purpose of using sewing needle (having the function of a waiting needle without being inserted into the gap between fabric fibers and brazing the fabric fibers). This is because a metal wire is used. Furthermore, a slip prevention portion 6 is provided in which the tip of the metal wire and the tip of the sewing needle overlap slightly (about 10 mm) in the length direction.

The slip prevention part 6 is shown horizontally as a B-B 'sectional view in FIG. 4 and 5 show the present invention vertically, on the other hand, the slip prevention part 6 in FIG. 6 has a structure in which the sewing needle 1 and the metal wire 2 'are arranged horizontally. Is shown. Further, the sewing needle 1 and the metal wire 2 'are fixed, and the welded material 7 is filled and fixed so as not to be rotated and detached. Further, the anti-slip portion 6 is finished so that the skin can be smoothly used when the skin is used as a rough surface.

When the present invention is used, the sewing needle 1 is fixed to the sewing needle 1 which is in a normal state when not in use as shown in FIG. 4. Store in 4. As this means, the anti-slip portion 6 is lifted upward from the lower part of the figure, but if the metal wire 2 and the anti-slip portion 6 that are wide open at the end are tightened with two fingers in one hand, the sewing needle 4 and FIG. 5, the needle tip 1 enters the sewing needle storage bulge 4 from the opening 9 as shown by the trajectory 11 indicated by the dotted line, and the sewing needle provided at the bottom by the spring force of the small circular spring 10. It is pressed against the top of the tip protecting convex portion 8. When tightening with two fingers in one hand, the thin sewing needle 1 is the same as the thin metal wire 2, so if a force is applied to the finger, it will be tilted to the right or left as shown in FIG. Absent. In order to prevent left-right rotation even when tightened with two fingers, the anti-slip portion 6 has to be configured to be long in the horizontal direction as shown in FIG.

As described above, if the needle 1 is not precise, an event such as brazing or cutting the fabric fibers occurs. For this reason, the sewing needle 1 housed in the sewing needle housing bulge 4 is provided with a convex portion 8 on the bottom of the hollow tube 3 as shown in FIG. If the spring 10 can be pressed and stored by the elasticity of the spring 10, it can be stored without touching any point inside the sewing needle storage bulge portion 4 without sticking.
