The present invention comprises a plurality of springs and a pair of upper and lower net-like planar members interconnecting the upper and lower ends of each spring. Each of the springs is entirely made of a synthetic resin material. A plurality of annular members formed integrally, arranged at appropriate intervals and having the same axis and arranged in parallel, and an elastic connecting member for connecting the annular members to each other at a plurality of locations, the elastic connecting member The net-shaped flat member is disposed integrally along a virtual cylindrical surface formed by the respective annular members and curved in the circumferential direction of the annular member. Formed in a net shape in which an annular body corresponding to the upper or lower annular member of each of the springs is planarly connected, and the upper or lower annular member of each of the springs can be locked. A plurality of locking members are arranged at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction of each annular body, and each spring is connected to the upper and lower nets so as to be held between the layers of the pair of upper and lower net-shaped planar members. Each of the flat members was locked and integrated. In each of the springs, the diameter of the annular member is made different between the vertically adjacent annular members, and one end and the other end of the elastic connecting member are provided so as to be shifted in the radial direction of the annular member. It is preferable that the polymer does not polymerize in the direction of expansion and contraction of the spring. Further, it is preferable that each of the net-like planar members has a different position of the locking member between the upper and lower net-like planar members so that the locking member does not overlap in the vertical direction.

Thus, the upper and lower net-like planar members 1 and 2
By holding a large number of springs 3 between the two layers, a mattress spring structure 100 that is integrated can be configured.
A mattress can be formed by laminating elastic layers such as a web, heat insulation, and a breathable sheet, and covering them with side lands. Since the mattress formed by the mattress spring structure 100 is extremely lightweight, it can be used as a substitute for a conventional foldable urethane mattress other than for a bed.

The net-shaped flat members 1 and 2 and the spring 3 are all integrally formed of a synthetic resin material, and are basically formed using a mold. As the resin material to be used, a material having excellent bending strength and particularly strong in repeated bending stress is suitable. For example, a polypropylene-based, polyamide-based, or polyacetal-based resin is used.

In contrast to the spring 3 which directly receives a load, the net-shaped flat members 1 and 2
Basically, a softer resin material or a synthetic resin elastomer is used so that independent deformation of the resin can be tolerated. At this time, the hardness / flexibility of the upper and lower net-shaped planar members 1 and 2 may be different from each other.

The flexibility of the net-shaped planar members 1 and 2 also changes depending on the thickness of each of the annular bodies 11 and 21, that is, the size of the circular holes 13 and 23 and the through holes 14, 24, 15 and 25. Similarly, the hardness of the spring 3 also varies depending on the thickness of each member (particularly, the elastic connecting member 34). Therefore, the hardness of the mattress spring structure 100 as a whole is determined in consideration of these shape and material effects. Is set. Therefore,
If a plurality of types of net-like planar members 1 and 2 and a spring 3 having different physical characteristics in shape and material are prepared, a plurality of types of mattress springs having different usability can be obtained by changing the combination of them. The structure 100 can also be configured.

The mattress spring structure 100 formed by the net-shaped flat members 1 and 2 and a large number of springs 3 is in a state where a load is appropriately dispersed by the net-shaped flat members 1 and 2 during use. , And is supported by a number of springs 3 elastically deformed according to the receiving pressure.
In particular, due to the damping and damping effects of the viscoelasticity of the synthetic resin material, unnecessary vibration and swaying when turning over is suppressed, and there is no squealing sound like a conventional metal mattress spring structure. It is quiet, lightweight and easy to handle during transport.

In the mattress spring structure 200 of the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, upper and lower annular members 231 are connected by three elastic connecting members 234 arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Using the spring 203,
The spring 203 is a pair of upper and lower net-shaped flat members 20.
The spring 20 is held between the layers
The upper and lower annular members 231 and 232 are locked to the locking members 216 and 226 of the net-shaped planar members 201 and 202, respectively, and are integrated.

The upper annular member 23 having a small inner diameter
1 is a flange portion 2 having an outer diameter equal to that of the lower annular member 232.
At the same time, three through holes 236 (locked portions) are formed in the flange portion 233 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction so as to match the inner diameter (r1) of the lower annular member 232, The locking member 216 of the upper net-shaped flat member 201 is locked in the through hole 236. Thereby, even if the spring 203 has a conical shape, the net-shaped planar member 2 on each of the upper and lower sides is formed.
01 and 202 have the same shape, and the parts can be shared with the mattress spring structure 100 of the first embodiment described above.

Further, the mattress spring structure 20
In FIG. 7, as shown in FIG. 7, the arrangement of the locking member 226 of the lower net-shaped flat member 202 is adjusted with respect to a center axis y parallel to the longitudinal direction (or the width direction) of the mattress spring structure 200. The upper net-shaped flat member 201 is the same as the lower net-shaped flat member 202 turned around around the center axis y, while being asymmetric by tilting the angle θ. Therefore, the positions of the upper and lower locking members 216 and 226 are displaced in the circumferential direction by an angle 2θ, and the corresponding holes 236 of the upper annular member 231 in the spring 203 are correspondingly arranged.
Is shifted from the locked position of the lower annular member 232.

26 is the vertical direction, that is, the mattress spring structure 2
Even if an excessive compressive load is applied to the mattress spring structure 200 without overlapping in the thickness direction of 00, the upper and lower locking members 216 and 226 are prevented from colliding with each other and causing a misalignment. The locking members 216 and 226 come into contact with flat portions such as the flange portion 233, and a stable supporting state is obtained. The above-described matter is obtained when the spring 3 is provided with three or more annular members 31, 32, 33 as in the first embodiment, and it is not necessary to consider the contact and interference of the upper and lower locking members 16, 26. Not required.

The flange portion 23 of the spring 203
3 includes an elastic connecting member 234 and a vertical direction (spring 2).
A large amount of elastic deformation can be obtained in the spring 203 by forming a through hole 237 at a position where the elastic portion is overlapped in the direction (03 expansion / contraction direction) and avoiding contact between the flange portion 233 and the elastic connecting member 234.

Since it is composed of a plurality of springs and a pair of upper and lower net-like planar members interconnecting the upper and lower ends of the respective springs, all of which are integrally formed of a synthetic resin material. It is much lighter than conventional generally used metal coil springs, torsion bars, etc., it is easy to handle the mattress, and it has good consistency with the fiber material such as side ground, There is no problem, and furthermore, the manufacturing cost can be kept low by being constituted only by locking or fitting without going through the bonding or welding process, and various elastic materials such as chairs, sofas, cushions, etc. It can be expected to be widely used as a buffer material. Also, if a plurality of types of springs having different hardness / flexibility and height shapes are prepared as upper and lower net-like planar members and springs, various mattress spring structures having different feelings of use can be easily configured by changing the combination. .

Each of the springs is excellent in stability and durability even if it is made of a synthetic resin in which the rigidity of the material itself is inferior to that of a metal material, and the elastic force per weight of the synthetic resin material used is extremely large. Above, the visco-elasticity of the synthetic resin material provides cushioning and damping action, which suppresses unnecessary vibration and swaying when turning over, and also produces squeaky sounds like a conventional metal mattress spring structure. In addition, since there are many voids, a mattress having excellent air permeability can be formed.

Further, the net-shaped flat member can obtain a stable support state by independent elastic deformation corresponding to the receiving pressure of each spring at the load portion, while appropriately distributing the load in a plane. In addition, since the structure is highly stable and the opening is secured to the maximum, a mattress excellent in air permeability can be formed in combination with the structure of the spring.

Since the positions of the locking members are made different between the upper and lower net-like planar members so that the locking members do not overlap in the vertical direction, an excessively large mattress spring structure is mainly used. The collision and interference between the upper and lower locking members can be prevented even for a moderate load, and a stable supporting state can be obtained.
