While stirring at room temperature, 1.0 g of m-chloroperbenzoic acid was added to this solution. After stirring at room temperature for 8 hours, a 10% aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution was added to the reaction mixture.
Then, the resulting mixture was extracted with chloroform. The chloroform layer was washed with 50 ml of water and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. After the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, the residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography (chloroform: methanol = 40: 40).

Production of 3-phenylpyrazol-5-yl) thiocarbamoyl] benzylphosphonate 1.7 g of the compound obtained in Example 32 and 1.8 g of diphosphorus pentasulfide were added to 20 ml of dehydrated pyridine and 20 m of dehydrated benzene.
The mixture was suspended in 1 l of a mixed solvent, and heated under reflux with stirring for 8 hours. After cooling to room temperature, the reaction mixture was poured into ice water and extracted with chloroform. After drying over anhydrous sodium sulfate, the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and the residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography (chloroform: methanol = 40: 1).
And the obtained crude crystals were recrystallized from ethyl acetate-n-hexane to obtain 0.4 g of yellow crystals of the title compound.
Table 1 shows the structure and physical properties of the obtained compound.
