Description
The present invention relates to an LED fluorescent lamp in which the LED fluorescent lamp does not look like a granular particle, which is a characteristic of the LED fluorescent lamp, but looks like an ordinary fluorescent lamp.
LED fluorescent lamps equipped with light-emitting diodes (LEDs) have recently been widely used because high-intensity LEDs that consume less power, have excellent durability, and emit white light have been developed.
When this conventional LED fluorescent lamp is arranged in a plurality of rows, as shown in FIG. 1, the LED 1 in one row and the LED 1 ′ in the other row are formed to face each other.
The conventional LED fluorescent lamp has a problem in that when the opaque tube 3 in which the LEDs 1 and 1 ′ are installed is seen with the naked eye, the LEDs appear to be granular when emitted. This was seen as a characteristic of LED fluorescent lamps, but because some people disliked it, it was one of the factors that hindered its spread.
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an LED fluorescent lamp in which the LED is not seen from the outside during light emission.
In order to achieve the above object, as a result of intensive research, the inventor of the present invention staggered the fluorescent lamps in the opposite rows so that one LED is positioned between the other LEDs. As a result, the present inventors found the surprising fact that the fluorescent lamp, which is arranged in the above and mounted in an opaque tube body, does not look like particles when emitting light, but looks like a normal fluorescent lamp.
That is, according to the present invention, a plurality of LEDs are arranged in a row at intervals on a substrate, and in an LED fluorescent lamp in which a plurality of LEDs are arranged, an opposing row of fluorescent lamps is arranged between one LED and the other LED. It arrange | positions alternately so that it may be located, and this was equipped with the opaque tube body, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
It is preferable that the LED is a high-intensity LED, and the LED fluorescent lamp is a fluorescent lamp compatible type LED fluorescent lamp. It is preferable to use a synthetic resin tube as the opaque tube because the strength against impact is increased (claim 3).
According to the present invention, the LED fluorescent lamps arranged in a plurality of rows are arranged in a staggered manner so that the LEDs in opposite rows are arranged in a staggered manner.
Hereinafter, specific examples of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings:
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. A large number of high-brightness LEDs 1 are spaced and fixed on a
That is, LED1 is located between LED1 'and LED1' of an adjacent row | line | column, and LED1 'is located between LED1 and LED1 of an adjacent row | line | column.
In the present invention, it is only necessary to change the arrangement pattern of the LEDs 1 and 1 'on the substrate as described above, and the others may be the same as the conventional one.
The LEDs 1 and 1 ′ fixed on the
Two terminals protrude from both ends of the fluorescent lamp, and can be directly attached to a socket of an existing fluorescent lamp.
Since the length of the LED fluorescent lamp according to the present invention is regulated to a prescribed length according to the wattage of the fluorescent lamp tube, the fluorescent lamp tube can be removed and attached to an existing fluorescent lamp fixture as it is.
When the LED fluorescent lamp of the present invention is attached and the power switch is turned on, the LEDs 1 and 1 'are energized to emit white light. When the tube 3 was observed in this state, the dots (grains) of the LEDs 1 and 1 ′ were not observed, and it was observed that the light emitted like a normal fluorescent lamp.
Since the LED does not look grainy when emitting light and has the same appearance as a normal LED, it has the advantages of reducing power consumption and having a long life, so it is expected that this fluorescent lamp will be widely used.
