本考案に係わるサイドアンダーミラー１０は、図２に示すように、フロントフェンダー１ではなくボンネット２に固定する。またボンネット２への固定は、図３に示すように、サイドアンダーミラー１０の下部の台座部分２０に取り付けられている金属クリップ３とゴム磁石４とによる。金属クリップ３をボンネット２に挟み込むと、ゴム磁石４がボンネット２の上部に密着する。また固定の強度を増すために、台座部分２０はフロントフェンダー１に張り出す形になっている。
なお、洗車等を考慮すると、図４に示すような形態もありうる。サイドアンダーミラー１０を、台座部分２０とミラー部分３０のふたつの部品に分け、まず、分離した台座部分２０をボンネット２に取り付けてから、分離したミラー部分３０をその台座部分２０にはめ込む。As shown in FIG. 2, the side under mirror 10 according to the present invention is fixed to the bonnet 2 instead of the front fender 1 .
