胴部の上部に円錐台状の肩部を設け、該肩部の上部に外周面に環状突起を有する口筒部を有するびんと、
前記びんの口筒部に密に不動状態に組み付く外筒と、これに連続して口部を被覆する頂壁を設け、該頂壁に連続して口筒部の内方に配置される内筒を設けた本体と、後端部にはストッパを設けると共に底壁を設け、上端部に環状凸条を設けた、内筒に挿着可能な内筒部を設けた中栓の組み合わせからなり、該中栓を嵌脱自在に構成したセーフティキャップと、
前記中栓の環状凸条に嵌脱自在な環状凹溝を設けた先細状の挿入部に連続して、流入孔を設けた円筒体を一体に設け、該円筒体の端部にネジ筒部を設けた注出具体と、前記ネジ筒部にネジ結合する係合体を設けると共に該係合体に連続して弁側壁を設け、さらに前記円筒体より小径のガイド筒注出体側に設け、下部に空間部と連通し内容液の注出口となる通路を設け、弁側壁に当接する弁体を設け、スプリングを内蔵し、ピストンを配置したシリンダを前記ガイド筒をスライド可能に配置し、該ピストンの基部には軸を支点に回動自在なハンドルを配置し、該ハンドルの反対側に固定体を立設し、ハンドルを固定体側に回動させた時、ピストンが駆動して、シリンダが前記ガイド筒をスライドし、同時に弁体が弁側壁から離反して通路を開いて空間部と通路が連通し、流入孔からの液体が注出可能な注出具本体と、
