び前記吸引管(12)内に、一端部を前記容器本体
(1)内に臨出させて前記吸引管(12)と共に回転す
る鞘管(27)が挿通されており、前記鞘管(27)の
一端部側は前記吸引管(12)と固定され、前記鞘管
(27)の他端部側は前記接続管(24)に設けた保持
部材(28)により回転自在に支持されてなり、しかも
前記保持部材(28)の内周面と前記鞘管(27)外周
面との間にはシール部材(29)が設けられており、 前記鞘管(27)の他端部にはロータリージョイント
