0, a guard member 2 is attached to a wooden pallet body 1. The wooden pallet main body 1 connects the upper deck board 3 and the lower deck board 4 with both end girders 5, central girders 6 and middle girders 7, 8.
And the center spar 6 and the middle spar 7, 8 are provided in parallel with each other, and both ends of the middle spar 7, 8 protrude horizontally from the upper deck board 3 and the lower deck board 4 horizontally. . The space between the middle girders 7 and 8 is a fork insertion hole 14. The guard member 2 comprises a support 9 formed of a round pipe material and a stay 10 connected at the upper end of the support 9. The support 9 has a lower end fixed to a metal fitting 11 fixed to the protrusions of the intermediate girders 7, 8. It is attached by detachably fitting. The stay 10
Is constructed by providing a U-shaped connecting portion 13 at both ends of a rod portion 12 and fitting a distal end portion of the connecting portion 13 to an upper end of the column 9.

However, although wooden pallets are lightweight, inexpensive, and excellent in strength, they are not only troublesome to maintain, but also reviewed from the viewpoint of resource saving. Therefore,
Although it is possible to manufacture with a synthetic resin like a normal small transport pallet, there are the following problems when manufacturing with a synthetic resin.

Can be However, there is a problem that the strength of the welded portion is lower than that of other integrally formed portions. As a dividing method, a method of dividing the plane in parallel in the same direction and a method of dividing the plane in a direction orthogonal to the same direction can be considered. There is a problem when passing through the center. That is, as shown in FIG. 11, when a load W from above is applied to the welded portion A, a tensile stress is generated in the lower portion B, which causes breakage or peeling of the welded surface. As a countermeasure for these, there are methods such as increasing the thickness of the vertical ribs and / or the horizontal ribs on the welding surface or increasing the number thereof.
Not only does this increase the weight of the product, and thus increase the cost of the product, but it is not always a sufficient preventive measure for a large synthetic resin pallet, and there is a possibility that breakage cannot be prevented. In view of the above, the present invention provides a structure having a sufficient strength at a welded portion even in a large synthetic resin pallet obtained by welding parts formed by division.

When the welded portion reinforcing plate 40 is integrally assembled by welding, the welded portion reinforcement plate 40 has the same height as the spar, connects the upper deck board 18 and the lower deck board 19, and is provided in parallel on both sides of the dividing line 29. . As is apparent from FIG. 6, the welding portion reinforcing plate 40 is provided with a reinforcing rib 41 and an auxiliary rib 42 which are orthogonal to the division surface and connected to each other. The reinforcing ribs 41 have the same height as the welded portion reinforcing plate 40, but the auxiliary ribs 42 have a lower height and the reinforcing ribs 38 have a lower height.
If it is formed at substantially the same height as, the reinforcing ribs 41 assist
The interval between the ribs 42 is half the interval between the reinforcing ribs 37 and 38 running in parallel outside the welding portion reinforcing plate 40.

Desirably, it is 50 mm. Since the welding portion reinforcing plate 40 is provided in parallel on both sides of the dividing line,
When integrally assembled by welding, a plurality of hollow small compartments are formed by the upper and lower deck boards and the reinforcing ribs 41. Preferably, the small compartment is sealed. Even if a load is applied, such a closed hollow small compartment holds the upper deck board 18 and the lower deck board 19 substantially parallel between the welded portion reinforcing plates 40 and concentrates the load on the welded surface. Can be prevented and the bending strength can be improved. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, since the welding portion reinforcing plate 40 connects the upper deck board 18 and the lower deck board 19 on both sides of the welding portion, the concentration of the load on the welding portion is prevented.

The upper part cylinder 4 provided on the inner surface of the upper deck board 18
5 and lower part cylinder 4 provided on the inner surface of lower deck board 19
6. The upper component cylinder 45 is open to the upper deck board 18, but the distal end of the lower component cylinder 46 has a tapered surface 48 that gradually widens toward the welding surface, and the lower deck board 19 has water. A hole 49 is formed. Therefore, the width of the welding surface of the lower part cylinder 46 is formed to be small by the tapered surface 48. Therefore, when the lower part cylinder 46 is abutted against the upper part cylinder 45, an annular concave portion 50 having a triangular cross section is formed as shown in FIG. The annular recess 50 can be used as a bead. The bead at the time of welding is retained in the annular recess 50 by the annular recess 50, thereby preventing swelling into the cylinder and facilitating the fitting of the support.

And the height is slightly lower than the height H4 of the reinforcing rib 37. Therefore, the welding margin of the upper component cylinder 45 and the lower component cylinder 46 is smaller than the welding margin of the girders and the reinforcing ribs 37, and the occurrence of beads can be reduced accordingly. As described above, the support fitting hole 26 is formed between the upper part cylinder 45 and the lower part cylinder 4.
6, the height dimension is smaller than the girder dimension of each part, and at the tip of the lower part cylindrical body 46, a tapered surface 48 gradually expanding toward the welding surface is formed. And the swelling of the bead into the hole 26 can be prevented.
The cross-sectional shape of the cylindrical body is not limited to a circle, but may be an arbitrary shape such as a polygon such as a triangle and a quadrangle, an ellipse, and a rectangle.

In addition, the position and the number of the pillar fitting holes 26 are not limited to the embodiment, and can be appropriately determined according to the type and size of the transported object. Further, the above-mentioned support column storage hole 25 is effective for storing unnecessary columns, but can be omitted. When omitting the support storage hole 25, use the both ends girder 2

The dividing line parallel to the side surface may be parallel not only to one side surface but also to the other side surface. In this case, the dividing line is a cross-shaped dividing line that intersects substantially at the center. Further, the number of division lines is not limited. Although the two-sided pallet has been described, it is needless to say that the present invention can be applied to a four-sided pallet.

That is, in the synthetic resin pallet according to the first aspect, since the welding portion reinforcing plate is provided near the dividing surface and parallel to the dividing surface, deformation of the welding portion when a load is applied is prevented, and breakage or peeling is prevented. No durable pallets can be obtained. Further, since a plurality of hollow small compartments are formed by the welding portion reinforcing plate and the plurality of reinforcing ribs orthogonal to the welding portion reinforcing plate, the welding portion can be made more robust. Further, since the column fitting hole is provided, the column serving as the guide member can be erected.
Further, in the synthetic resin pallet according to the second aspect, it is possible to reduce the size of the component and to increase the strength of the welded portion. Further, in the synthetic resin pallet according to the third aspect, while it is possible to further reduce the size of parts, it is possible to manufacture a larger pallet. Further

する。Further, in the synthetic resin pallet according to the fourth aspect, since the welding portion reinforcing plate is formed on the division surface in the same direction as the fork insertion direction, the welding portion in the direction that is easily distorted is reinforced. Further, in the synthetic resin pallet according to the fifth aspect, the strength of the welded portion is increased by the auxiliary ribs orthogonal to the division surface. In the pallet made of synthetic resin according to the sixth aspect, deformation is prevented by the closed small compartment, and the strength is further increased.
