又、上記構造において、扉が閉状態から開放状態に変わる時、扉の固定は片側のみに頼り、その片側も完全なる保持構造では無いため、扉の自重により若干だが扉自身が下方にずれる構造となっている。
又、実願平4−64280や実願2008−7631において提案した両側開き方式はリンク式という点では本考案と同じではあるが、本考案ではあくまでその機構を内蔵した蝶番そのものを示めすことが大きな違いとなっている。
特に実願平4−64280の構造では筐体と扉との保持の為の蝶番が扉の長さとほぼ同じ長さの為、扉を立てた場合は扉自身の自重により扉が下方に落ちるため実質的に開閉が困難という問題もある。
本考案における蝶番内臓の機構はこれらのいずれの問題も解決するものである。

本考案はそのいずれも解決するものであり、きわめて単純な構造で両側開きを実現し、低コストでその製品の大きさを問わずに製作が可能となっている。
特に、本考案においてはこれらの機構を内蔵した蝶番そのものの構造を定義しており、これにより低コストであらゆる物に簡単に取り付け可能な両開き蝶番を提供することが可能となる。

本願請求項2の考案は本願請求項1のリンク機構を蝶番内部に格納した構造をしめしている。

本願請求項4の考案は本願請求項1の蝶番を扉の上下または左右の内側に取り付けすることにより、両開きが可能となる扉を提供することである。
