Description
The present invention relates to a lid for a beverage container. More specifically, the present invention is used for take-out in a self-service coffee chain store, a fast food store, etc. Regarding the lid.
In coffee chain stores and fast food stores, drinks such as coffee and tea are poured into paper containers with excellent heat insulation and heat insulation properties, and lids (lids) to prevent spills during transportation and dust. )
Such lids have various shapes, but as described in
In order to solve this problem, in
However, a mechanism for providing such a cover body so as to be slidable along the annular upright portion is complicated and difficult to manufacture. Also, if the drinking mouth is covered with a cover body, the beverage will not overflow from the drinking mouth, but if the beverage cup vibrates or tilts during transportation, the cover body covering the drinking mouth may slide. There is also.
In addition, a lid in which a peelable seal is put on the drinking mouth has been proposed (see Patent Document 3). In this
However, with such a structure, since the entire lid is covered with a film-like release layer, not only is it difficult to open, but the appearance after opening is deteriorated as shown in FIG. There's a problem.
On the other hand, it is considered to use a mudler that fills a small hole in the drinking mouth instead of a seal, but a sufficient sealing effect is not obtained.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drink that is easy to manufacture, hygienic and has a good mouth-sealing seal, in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, used for take-out in self-service coffee chain stores and fast food stores. The object is to provide a lid for a container.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides an engaging portion with a beverage container formed on an outer peripheral portion, an annular protrusion having a flat top surface formed inside thereof, and adjacent to the annular protrusion. A label is affixed to the small hole for the mouth of the lid of the beverage container having the top plate formed with the concave portion and the small hole for the mouth opening opened on the annular top surface, The label peeling portion is provided so that the outer peripheral portion of the label does not protrude beyond the annular top surface portion.
That is, according to the first device of the present invention, the engaging portion with the beverage container formed on the outer peripheral portion, the annular protrusion having a flat top surface formed on the inside thereof, and adjacent to the annular protrusion In the lid of the beverage container having a top plate in which a recess is formed and a small hole for a drinking mouth opened in the annular top surface, and the label is attached to the small hole for a drinking mouth, the label is a label There is provided a lid for a beverage container, wherein a knob part for peeling off is located on the top plate concave part side, and the label outer peripheral part is stuck so as not to protrude to the engaging part side.
Further, according to the second device of the present invention, in the first device, the label has a printed layer on the surface of the base material and has an adhesive layer on the back surface. A lid is provided.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lid for a beverage container according to the first aspect, wherein the label base material is a synthetic paper made of polyolefin.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a beverage container lid according to the first aspect, wherein the label sticking material is an acrylic emulsion adhesive.
Furthermore, according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, for a beverage container, the label has a small hole portion for a drinking mouth and a portion where a sticking material is not applied to a knob portion. A lid is provided.
The lid for beverage containers of the present invention employs a label with a specific shape and structure, so it can be affixed using an automatic labeler without human intervention, so it is hygienic, and the lid is small because the label is small. It has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost. The affixed label is difficult to lift from the beverage container, and the label can be easily peeled off by picking.
In addition, since several tens of labeled lids can be stacked and stored, space can be saved during transportation and storage.
Hereinafter, the lid for a beverage container of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a beverage container lid according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of a label.
The lid for a beverage container of the present invention has a main body made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, and polycarbonate. There are transparent and colored ones, and the thickness is about 100 to 500 μm. The main body is mainly composed of a lid main body on which an
The
The
The
The outer diameter of the lid body must be the same as the opening of the beverage container. The size varies widely from a relatively small to a large one depending on the type and volume of the beverage put in the beverage container, and a disc-shaped one having an outer diameter of about 5 to 7 cm is the mainstream. The top surface of the
The
In the present invention, a label 15 is attached to the
The size of the label needs to be at least one size larger than the small hole for drinking so that the beverage does not leak. However, if the outer peripheral portion of the label is too large and protrudes toward the engaging portion, the lid is lightweight, and the labels become obstructive and difficult to stack.
The label 15 has a printing layer on the surface of a base material, and has a sticking material layer on the back surface. However, instead of having the adhesive layer on the entire back surface of the label 15, it is desirable to have a portion where the adhesive material is not attached to the small hole portion for the drinking mouth and the knob portion. The label 15 is produced by printing a printing layer on the surface of a base material and laminating an adhesive material and a release film on a specific portion on the back surface of the base material.
Examples of the substrate include paper such as fine paper, kraft paper, glassine paper, and synthetic paper, polyethylene terephthalate film, polybutylene terephthalate film, polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polymethylpentene film, polycarbonate film and other plastic films, aluminum It is a simple substance or a composite of a metal foil such as stainless steel. Of these, a synthetic paper made of polyolefin such as polypropylene (PP) is preferable from the viewpoints of printability, beverage wettability, folding resilience, tensile strength, gloss, whiteness, adhesion to an adhesive material, and the like. The thickness of the substrate is not particularly limited, but is 40 to 80 μm, preferably 50 to 70 μm.
The print layer is a surface layer on which characters / symbols such as “OPEN”, “open”, “!”, Outlines, arrows, figures, and the like are printed in whole or in part. As the printing ink, it is preferable to use a vegetable ink that does not contain harmful components. As described above, since there are many types of lids depending on the size of the beverage container, it is preferable that the lids are classified into green, yellow, red, etc. so that they can be easily distinguished.
In addition, as the adhesive material, for example, a rubber-based adhesive mainly composed of synthetic rubber such as natural rubber and / or butadiene-styrene rubber, acrylic rubber, acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, or the like as a main component. Solvent volatilization type or ultraviolet curing type pressure sensitive adhesives and various pressure sensitive adhesives (pressure sensitive adhesives) such as acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives can be used.
In this, an acrylic emulsion adhesive is preferable. The acrylic emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive is composed mainly of an acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a functional group-containing monomer and another monomer such as an acrylic ester or methacrylic ester, and water as a solvent. Contains desired additives such as emulsifiers, thickeners, etc., as necessary, stabilizers, tackifiers, fillers, colorants, antioxidants, antistatic agents, ultraviolet absorbers, etc. May further be included. Examples of the functional group-containing monomer include carboxyl group-containing monomers such as acrylic acid and methacrylic acid. It is preferable that a functional group containing monomer contains 0.3-5.0 mass% on the basis (100 mass%) of the whole monomer which comprises an acrylate-type copolymer. The acrylic emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive includes an acrylic re-adhesion type, an acrylic strong adhesion type, and the like depending on the adhesive force, and an acrylic re-adhesion type is particularly preferable.
The coating amount of the adhesive layer is not particularly limited, but is preferably 5 to 60 g / m 2, and more preferably 10 to 40 g / m 2. When it is less than 5 g / m 2 , the adhesive strength is insufficient, and when it is more than 60 g / m 2 , adhesive residue may be generated. Thereby, it is preferable that a peel strength of 3 to 10 N is obtained in the lid to which the label is attached.
As the release film, a general film can be used as long as it is made of a material different from the label. For example, the release film may be made of PET and has a thickness of about 10 to 100 μm.
Next, a method for manufacturing the lid of the present invention will be described. The lid of the present invention can be manufactured by various methods. For example, after separately producing a synthetic resin sheet on which a label and a lid shape are formed, the label is attached to the lid body, and finally the lid is cut out to manufacture. Is done.
In order to manufacture a label, first, a wide width is printed on a label base material. Next, an adhesive material is applied to a predetermined location on the back surface of the substrate, and a release film is laminated on the application surface. And the label base-material surface side of this laminated | multilayer film is slit and rolled up on a reel, extracting to a predetermined shape with a blade type. At this time, it is preferable that the label sticking material layer is removed in a shape in which there is a non-glue part larger than the outer periphery of the drinking hole by 0.5 mm or more. That is, it is preferable that the label is composed of a
On the other hand, for manufacturing the lid main body, a synthetic resin sheet such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, and polycarbonate, and a mold for forming into a lid shape are prepared.
Next, a synthetic resin sheet is placed on a heated mold, and a lid shape including an engaging
Thereafter, the label is peeled off from the reel on which the previously produced label is wound, and pasted so as to close the small hole for drinking mouth formed on the annular protrusion of the lid. In the present invention, since the label is small, it is preferable that the label is stuck at a predetermined position by an automatic labeler.
The label may be applied so that the label adhering material does not touch the small hole for the mouth so that the small hole for the mouth is covered with the
Moreover, the label of this invention has a knob | pick part for peeling off a label, It is necessary to locate this knob | pick part in the top-plate recessed part side of a lid. This is because if the small knob portion is on the top plate recess side of the lid, the cup portion can be easily stacked because the knob portion is bent inward when the beverage container is placed on the lid. The knob portion may be provided at one position in the center on the top plate concave portion side, but may be provided at either of the left and right ends in the label longitudinal direction.
As described above, the label must be attached so that the outer periphery does not protrude from the annular protrusion of the lid. If the label is pasted so that the outer periphery of the label protrudes from the annular protrusion of the lid and reaches the engaging portion, the label of the present invention cannot be obtained because the label is cut at the outer periphery removal stage in the subsequent process. If the colors are classified according to the size of the label, it is easy to prevent mistakes such as a mistake.
As described above, it is not impossible to manually attach a label without using an automatic labeler (label attaching device). However, if it is attached manually, the efficiency is poor and it is difficult to apply the label accurately at a predetermined position.
Finally, by cutting out the outer periphery of the lid in a circular shape from the synthetic resin sheet on which the lid body is formed, the lid of the present invention with a label attached is formed and stacked. Since the lid of the present invention has a label having a specific shape and structure as described above attached to a predetermined position, it is possible to stack 50 or more lids.
Examples of the present invention will be described below, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. The lid was evaluated by the following method.
Label floating: A state in which the label attached to the lid body peels off and falls off.
If the label peels off after 24 hours, ×,
△, when a partial lift occurs after 24 hours,
○ If no lift occurred after 24 hours,
The case where no floating occurred after 48 hours was marked with ◎.
Peel strength (N): Using a tensile tester, an adhesive tape was attached to the tip of the opening of the label, and the strength until peeling at a tensile speed of 300 mm / min and a peel angle of 180 ° was measured.
