Description

The present invention relates to a natural plant fragrance sheet manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a natural plant fragrance sheet having a fragrance function from a natural plant as a raw material, and a natural plant fragrance sheet manufactured by the manufacturing apparatus.

For example, paper is used in a wide variety of forms such as writing paper such as memo paper, printing paper, sanitary paper such as tissue paper, packaging paper such as products, or building materials such as wallpaper. In general, paper is manufactured by taking out plant fibers from natural plants such as wood or non-wood, or waste paper, and dispersing the plant fibers in water with hands or machines, dehydrating and drying. Yes. On the other hand, recently, various functional papers have been proposed in which, for example, fragrance is given to paper or sheets. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a paper in which fragrant wood is squeezed, and when squeezing paper, scented wood is squeezed and squeezed.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-24999

However, the paper in which fragrant wood is squeezed as in Patent Document 1 may appear as irregular irregularities on the paper surface due to powdered grains of fragrant wood, causing problems and discomfort when writing or printing. There was a possibility that the practicality as paper was inferior. In addition, for example, there is a possibility that the powdered material containing the fragrant wood flows with the water when the paper is spread, and the fragrant wood is not easily carried in the paper and is likely to be non-uniform. As a result, it has been difficult to put into practical use for many purposes.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and one object of the present invention is to provide a natural plant fragrance sheet having high quality and good fragrance containing an aroma fine piece capable of exhibiting a high fragrance function using a natural plant material. Plant fragrance material 16 including fragrance minute piece 30 obtained by crushing, fluidizing the fragrance minute piece together with the liquid contained in the aromatic plant, plant containing water fluidized fiber material 14 and fragrance minute piece Mixing means 18 for mixing and stirring the aromatic fragrance raw material 16 to provide a mixed raw material, and an opening 38 through which the mixed raw material 32 is introduced at the top, and a long discharge port 40 at one side at the bottom. 20 and a pair of rotatable rollers 22 arranged at a predetermined interval so as to form an elongated slit-like opposing gap parallel to the outlet at a position below the outlet 40 of the hopper. 40 exits By passing the mixed raw material 32 including the discharged fragrance minute pieces in a pressure-feeding manner while rotating the roller 22 between the narrow slit-like opposing gaps H between the rollers 22, a predetermined uniform thickness is obtained. A roller mechanism 24 for forming the natural plant fragrance sheet 12 including the fragrance fine pieces, a squeezing means 26 for squeezing the natural plant fragrance sheet 12 to remove moisture, and a drying means 28 for drying the natural plant fragrance sheet 12. Are comprised from the natural plant aroma sheet manufacturing apparatus 10 provided with. In addition to the water fluidized fiber material and the vegetable aroma material, natural glue, a plant-derived viscous component, or the like may be mixed as necessary.

Furthermore, this invention is comprised from the natural plant aroma sheet 12 containing the aroma micropiece 30 manufactured with the natural plant aroma sheet manufacturing apparatus 10 described above.

According to the natural plant fragrance sheet manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, a water fluidized fiber raw material obtained by finely crushing a fiber as a papermaking raw material and fluidizing it with moisture, and an aromatic plant made of any of wasabi, cinnamon, herbs, citrus fruits A plant fragrance material comprising a fragrance fine piece obtained by finely pulverizing, wherein the fragrance fine piece is fluidized together with a liquid contained in the fragrance plant, and a plant fragrance comprising the water fluidized fiber material and the fragrance fine piece. Mixing means that mixes and stirs the raw material to make the mixed raw material, a hopper part provided with an opening through which the mixed raw material is charged at the top and a long outlet on one side at the bottom, and an outlet for the hopper part Including a pair of rotatable rollers disposed opposite to each other at a predetermined interval so as to form an elongated slit-like facing gap parallel to the discharge port at a position below the discharge port, and including a fragrance minute piece discharged from the discharge port Mixed raw materials, A roller mechanism for forming a natural plant fragrance sheet including fragrance micro-pieces with a predetermined uniform thickness by passing the roller in a pressure-feed manner while rotating the gap between opposed narrow slits between the rollers; A natural plant fragrance sheet capable of exhibiting a high fragrance function derived from plants with fragrance micro-pieces, since it comprises a pressing means for squeezing the plant fragrance sheet to remove moisture and a drying means for drying the natural plant fragrance sheet. Can be easily manufactured and, for example, a mixed raw material containing fragrance fine pieces made of fibers, solids, and the like is passed through a roller mechanism in a pressure-feed manner to form a sheet. It is possible to realize the production of a natural plant fragrance sheet having a high quality and a high commercial value by carrying it well.

In addition, according to the present invention, the natural plant fragrance sheet is composed of the natural plant fragrance sheet including the fragrance fine pieces produced by the above-mentioned natural plant fragrance sheet production apparatus, and therefore, the natural plant fragrance sheet that can exhibit a high fragrance function by the fragrance fine pieces. It can be used for many purposes such as wallpaper, shoe insoles, furniture lining, printing paper and industrial materials. As a result, the plant fragrance sheet can provide a good fragrance effect derived from plants and a relaxation effect associated therewith. In particular, even if the mixed raw material contains fine fragrances made of finely crushed fibers or solids of aromatic plants in the mixed raw material, the predetermined thickness is satisfactorily achieved by passing the gap between the elongated slits in the form of pumping. A natural plant fragrance sheet can be produced almost uniformly. Furthermore, the aromatic fine pieces appear as a unique pattern on the sheet, and at the same time, the liquid in the aromatic plant is also mixed as a raw material, so the sheet is colored with a unique natural color according to the coloring components in the vegetable liquid. It is possible to realize a high design feeling and high product value can be expected. In addition, because it uses natural plants as raw materials, it is highly safe and can be used gently for people and the environment. For example, when wasabi or herbs are selected as the aromatic plant, the plant aromatic sheet can be expected to have a pest repellent effect due to natural components in the aromatic plant in addition to the aromatic effect. In addition, when it is discarded, it is difficult to produce harmful substances.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a natural plant fragrance sheet manufacturing apparatus and a natural plant fragrance sheet according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The apparatus for producing a natural plant fragrance sheet of the present invention is an apparatus for producing a natural plant fragrance sheet having a fragrance function using a natural plant as a raw material. The natural plant fragrance sheet produced by the sheet production apparatus can be used in a wide range of other printing papers and industrial materials such as wallpaper, shoe insoles, furniture linings and the like. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of a natural plant fragrance sheet manufacturing apparatus and a natural plant fragrance sheet according to the present invention. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the natural plant fragrance sheet manufacturing apparatus 10 manufactures a natural plant fragrance sheet 12 using a water fluidized fiber material 14 and a plant fragrance material 16. The sheet manufacturing apparatus includes a mixing unit 18, a hopper 20, a roller mechanism 24 including a pair of rollers 22, a pressing unit 26, and a drying unit 28.

The water fluidized fiber raw material 14 is configured by finely crushing plant fibers as a papermaking raw material and fluidizing them together with moisture. The water fluidized fiber raw material 14 is a first raw material of the natural plant fragrance sheet 12, and the plant fibers are glued together to form a base element that forms a paper-like sheet body. In this embodiment, as the plant fiber used as a papermaking raw material, for example, Japanese paper, western paper, milk pack, toilet paper, tissue paper, and other recycled paper are immersed in water for a predetermined period (for example, about 2 to 3 days) and gently loosened. Obtained from Then, the softened Japanese paper or the like was broken into, for example, a size of about 2 to 3 cm, and water was added to them, and the plant fibers were finely crushed through a pulverizing and stirring device such as a mixer or a blender, and the finely crushed. The fiber is dispersed in water and fluidized to obtain the water fluidized fiber raw material 14. The plant fiber used as the papermaking raw material is, for example, any papermaking raw material obtained by processing waste paper such as newspaper or printed paper, wood pulp, other wood, non-wood, etc. Plant fiber may be used.

The plant fragrance raw material 16 includes the fragrance minute piece 30 obtained by finely crushing the fragrance plant P, and the fragrance minute piece 30 is fluidized together with the liquid contained in the fragrance plant. The plant fragrance raw material 16 is the second raw material of the natural plant fragrance sheet 12, and the fragrance minute pieces 30 mainly composed of fibers and solids carrying a plant-derived fragrance component are fragrant to the natural plant fragrance sheet 12. It becomes an aromatic element for exerting its function. Furthermore, since the liquid component contained in the aromatic plant is also mixed at the same time, the natural plant aromatic sheet can be given a unique color by the coloring elements in the liquid component. In the present embodiment, the aromatic plant P is selected from, for example, wasabi, cinnamon, herbs, and citrus. Wasabi is preferably used for plant roots, stems, and leaf parts. As for cinnamon, leaves and bark portions are preferably used. In addition, it is expectable that a horseradish etc. acquire the antibacterial effect, a pest repellent effect, etc. in addition to an aroma function to the natural plant aroma sheet manufactured by the antibacterial action peculiar to a plant. As the herbs, for example, the roots, stems, leaves and the like of herb plants such as mint and basil are preferably used. In addition, herbs also have components that do not attract pests peculiar to herb plants, and it can be expected that the natural plant fragrance sheet produced will have a pest repellent effect in addition to the fragrance function. As the citrus fruits, for example, fruit parts (including flesh, pericarp, etc.) such as mandarin orange, kabosu, yuzu and lemon are preferably used. When making the plant fragrance raw material 16, for example, after cutting an aromatic plant such as wasabi to about 2 to 3 cm, the aromatic plant is finely crushed through a pulverizing and stirring device such as a mixer or a blender. While the pieces are formed, the aromatic fine pieces are dispersed and fluidized in a liquid coming out of the plants when the plants are crushed.

The mixing means 18 is mixed raw material production means for mixing and stirring the fluidized water fluidized fiber raw material 14 and the vegetable aroma raw material 16 to obtain the mixed raw material 32. That is, the mixed raw material 32 obtained by the mixing means 18 is in a fluid state by mixing and stirring at least the finely crushed plant fibers, the aromatic fine pieces, and the liquid components from the aromatic plants. In addition to these raw material elements, natural paste or a plant-derived viscous component may be mixed as necessary. In the present embodiment, the mixing means 18 is composed of, for example, a mixer device 36 having a stirring blade 34 that rotates in a container into which the water fluidized fiber raw material 14 and the vegetable aroma raw material 16 are charged, and is required after the raw material is charged. The mixed raw material is prepared by rotating and stirring the stirring blade for a period of time. The mixer device 36 may be configured such that the stirring blade 34 has a blade so that the charged raw material can be stirred and crushed.

The hopper unit 20 includes, for example, a hopper device in which an opening 38 is provided at the top and a long discharge port 40 is provided at one side at the bottom. In the present embodiment, for example, the hopper portion 20 is narrow in a tapered shape with the lower side of a horizontally long rectangular hollow box shaped toward the lower side, and has a horizontally long shape at the bottom of the container. An elongated discharge port is established, and the opening 38 and the discharge port 40 communicate vertically. The hopper unit once receives the mixed raw material 32 obtained by the mixing means 18 from the upper opening 38, discharges it from the discharge port 40 at the bottom by gravity, and supplies it to the roller mechanism 24 described later. The length of the discharge port 40 in the longitudinal direction is, for example, a length corresponding to the lateral width of the natural plant fragrance sheet 12 to be manufactured.

The roller mechanism 24 has a pair of rotatable rollers 22 arranged so as to face each other so as to form a narrow slit-like facing gap H, and the fluid mixture is mixed in the facing gap H between the rollers 22. This is a sheet forming means for forming the natural plant fragrance sheet 12 including the fragrance minute pieces 30 by forming the mixed material into a sheet shape by passing the raw material 32 in a pumping shape. In this embodiment, the roller mechanism 24 is arrange | positioned in the downward position of the discharge port 40 of the hopper part 20, for example. Each roller 22 is disposed opposite to the left and right in the lateral direction, with the axial direction disposed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the discharge port 40. A narrow slit-like facing gap H formed between the rollers 22 is arranged in a position directly below the discharge port 40 in parallel with the discharge port 40. Each of the rollers 22 is a cylindrical body that can freely rotate around a rotation axis and has an axial length that is substantially the same as the longitudinal length of the discharge port 40 of the hopper. The opposing gap width between the rollers is set according to the thickness of the natural plant fragrance sheet to be produced. It is set to about several mm to several mm. Each roller 22 is rotated by a rotation driving device such as a motor (not shown) so that the rotation direction on the opposite gap side is downward, specifically, the right roller is counterclockwise and the left roller is clockwise. Driven by rotation. While the roller 22 is rotated, the mixed raw material discharged by gravity from the discharge port 40 of the hopper is passed through the slit-like opposed gap H in a pressure-feed manner, so that the mixed raw material is made of fibers or solids. Even if the fragrance minute piece is included, it is pumped between the rollers 22, so that the natural plant fragrance sheet can be smoothly formed with a predetermined uniform thickness.

In the present embodiment, a receiving frame 42 that receives the natural plant aroma sheet 12 formed into a sheet shape by the roller mechanism 24 is disposed below the roller mechanism 24.
