Description

The present invention relates to a diaper sensor device for informing a diaper wearer of excretion.

Excretion is a very natural and easy action for the general public, but for the elderly, babies, and even patients with mental disorders or dementia, excretion is an action that cannot be controlled by oneself, so it can be suddenly excreted and annoy the caregiver. Yes, especially in daycare and nursing homes.
For this reason, caregivers usually have such people wear diapers and exchange them after excretion, but if the diapers are not changed for a long time, bacteria will propagate in the diapers and cause skin diseases such as eczema. I am worried.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a diaper 1 has been developed in which a urine detection strip 12 that changes color due to water absorption is attached to the surface of a diaper body 11.
Since this diaper 1 can confirm the excretion by looking at the color change of the urine detection strip 12 from the surface of the diaper main body 11, it knows the presence or absence of excrement in a relatively short time after excretion, and removes the diaper. Can be exchanged.
However, the conventional diaper 1 requires a caregiver to frequently check the color change of the urination detection strip 12, so that the caregiver has a heavy burden at daycare or nursing homes.
