Abstract

【解決手段】蛍光灯型蛍光灯内にフィラメントを設置し点灯時にこれで熱し電球型蛍光灯全体を温めることにより現在より早く点灯する。電球型蛍光灯が点灯後にフィラメント点灯は不要なため自動的に消灯する。また電球型蛍光灯へスィッチ入れ後に瞬時に点灯するハロゲンランプ(電球の寿命二千時間)又は白熱灯とを一体化にした電球を用いる事により蛍光灯型の電球の普及に貢献できる。

出願の趣旨
甘利経済産業相は今年4月五日、「電力消費が多い白熱電球を四年後に国内での製造・販売を中止し、電球形型蛍光灯に全面切り替えを完了させる方針を正式に表明した。電球型蛍光灯は、消費電力が白熱灯の約五分の一で、寿命が長く省エネ効果が高い。政府が具体的な期限を設定することで、普及を加速させる狙いがある。」との新聞各紙翌日報道。
全世帯が電球型蛍光灯に切り替えた場合の温室効果ガス削減効果は、家庭の排出量の1.3%に当たる約二百万トンとみている。
経産相は、電球型蛍光灯が明るくなるまで約二分かかる点について[メーカーに技術改善を要請していきたい]との考えを示した。
この考え方に賛同致しまして、別紙の通り考え出願致します。
1799年イタリアのアレッサンドロ・ボルタの発明のボルタ電池がその後の電磁気学や電気化学の発展に寄与し現代文明や将来文明もこの発明がすべての発端なっていると言われ,[白熱球]も、[白色蛍光灯]も、そして[白色発光ダイオード]も、この発明が無かったら、ずっと遅れていたといわれています。1880年エジソンは[白熱電球]特許。1926年ドイツのレクトロン社のエドムント・ガーマー等が新しい蛍光灯の方式特許出願。1938年米国のGE社のインマンによって開発、発明との説もある。1946年アルフレッド・マッキーグの開発した「ハロリン酸カルシュウム系蛍光体」を用いた白色蛍光灯の発売で広く普及した。
1980年電球型の蛍光灯がフィリップス社によって開発された。既存の電球用の機器に直接取り付けことが出来るので、蛍光灯を普及させるためのスイッチング・コストを大幅に引き下げる画期的なアイディアである。
日本で蛍光灯がまとまってついたのは1940年とされ、それから七十年弱、今では照明器具の65%。照明は家庭の消費電力の二割を占めている。就眠前の二時間の光は電球色などのオレンジ色の光を浴びた方がその他の光より眠りが深くなると九大の安河内教授の説もある。
蛍光灯の主な特徴、ランプ効率が高い、光色が白色・昼白色・電球色,輻射熱が少ない、ランプ寿命が六千時間から二万時間と長い、光が柔らかい,電気料が安い。
これに対して後者は電球と同じねじ込み式の口金を持ち、ランプの中に電子安定器を内蔵しています。ねじ込み式の狭い場所に前者と同様な装置仕様を設けるのが不可能であるので電球型蛍光灯内部のフィラメントが放電し電子を放出して点灯する仕組みの為に時間二分が必要。
電球型蛍光灯を早く点灯する方法は図1と図2とが考えられる。
1、図1は蛍光灯型蛍光灯内にフィラメントを設置し点灯時にこれで熱し電球型蛍光灯全体を温めることにより現在より早く点灯する。電球型蛍光灯が点灯後にフィラメント点灯は不要なため自動的に消灯する。
2、電球型蛍光灯へスィッチ入れ後に瞬時に点灯するハロゲンランプ(電球の寿命二千時間)又は白熱灯とを別紙の図2のように一体化にした電球を用いる事により蛍光灯型の電球の普及に貢献できるものと考え出願致します。
スィッチオン後、瞬時に点灯、電球型蛍光灯スィッチオンの二分後に前記の後者の部分を自動的に消灯するタイムスィッチを組み合わせる仕組み。
