ラチェットであって、該第1収容部内に回転可能に設けられて外周面に環状に歯が設けられた、上記ラチェット、
二つの係止部材であって、該本体の該第2収容部内の二端にスライド可能に設けられ、該ラチェットに対向する一側に歯が設けられ、該二つの係止部材の対向端の上面に案内部があり、該二つの係止部材間に弾性体が設けられた、上記二つの係止部材と、
制御部材であって、該本体の第3収容部内に枢設され、内側の一端に該二つの係止部材の二つの案内部に対応する方向制御部があり、該方向制御部の2外端角と該制御部材の回転中心との接続線の夾角が100度以下である、上記制御部材と、
